Description
クラウニング加工が、風車を駆動するためのピニオンに施与されることがある。クラウニング加工によって得られる歯面の曲率は、駆動装置が、風車を駆動するときに、ピニオンが風車のリングギアに片当たりしないように設定される。しかしながら、風車が、突発的な強風といった外力に曝されたときには、歯面の曲率は、不適切であることもある。第1実施形態において、様々な環境に適切に適合する歯面形状を有するピニオンを備える駆動装置が説明される。
第1実施形態に関連して説明された歯面の設計原理は、両持ち支持されるピニオンに対しても適用可能である。第2実施形態において、両持ち支持されるピニオンに対して適用される歯面の設計技術が説明される。

Claims (3)
- 風向の変化に合わせて発電する風車の可動部位を駆動する駆動装置であって、
前記可動部位を駆動する駆動力を生成するモータと、
出力シャフトを有するとともに前記駆動力を所定の減速比で増幅する減速機と、
前記可動部位に設けられた従動歯車と噛み合い、前記減速機によって増幅された前記駆動力を前記従動歯車に伝達する駆動歯車と、を備え、
前記駆動歯車は、片持ち支持された前記出力シャフトに取り付けられ、前記駆動歯車の歯は、前記駆動歯車の回転軸に平行な1つの仮想平面上で湾曲した輪郭線を有する歯面を含み、
前記輪郭線は、第1曲線と、前記第1曲線よりも前記減速機の近くに位置し且つ前記第1曲線よりも大きな曲率を有する第2曲線と、を含み、
前記第1曲線と前記第2曲線との境界が前記輪郭線において減速機側に偏り、前記歯は前記減速機側の端部における厚みが前記減速機とは反対側の端部における厚みよりも薄い
駆動装置。 - 前記モータから前記駆動歯車への前記駆動力の伝達を遮断する遮断機構を更に備える
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置と、
前記駆動歯車に噛み合うリングギアと、を備える
