Claims (5)
- 風力発電用の増速機において、
該増速機の動力伝達系に備えられたヘリカルギヤと、
該ヘリカルギヤが組み込まれた軸と、
該軸に対して予め定められた大きさ以上のスラスト荷重が作用したときに該軸の軸方向の移動を許容する緩衝機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする風力発電用の増速機。 - 請求項1において、
前記緩衝機構が、前記軸に対して、ばねによって前記移動を許容する方向と反対方向に付勢力を与える構成とされている
ことを特徴とする風力発電用の増速機。 - 請求項1において、
前記緩衝機構が、前記軸に対して、絞りを有する液圧又は空圧シリンダによって前記移動を許容する方向と反対方向に付勢力を与える構成とされている
ことを特徴とする風力発電用の増速機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記緩衝機構が、前記軸の軸方向に移動可能であって前記軸のスラスト荷重を受けるスライドプレートと、
該スライドプレートと前記軸との間に配置され、該軸のスラスト荷重を前記スライドプレートに伝えるスラスト軸受とを備えている
ことを特徴とする風力発電用の増速機。 - 請求項4において、
前記スラスト軸受がテーパころ軸受であり、且つ
該テーパころ軸受のほかに、自身の内輪及び転動体が前記軸と共に軸方向に移動可能な一対のラジアル軸受を備えた
ことを特徴とする風力発電用の増速機。
