Claims (7)
- 一対の透明基材と、前記一対の透明基材の間に配置され、VA方式、TN方式、IPS方式、FFS方式又はGH方式の液晶パネルを有する積層体と、を備える調光部材に用いられる透明基材であって、
1mm以上、3.5mm以下の厚さであり、線膨張係数が7.0×10−5/K以下であり、荷重撓み温度が120℃以上であり、
最大長さが499mm以下であり、
ISO1133に準拠して温度300℃、荷重1.2kgfの条件で測定したメルトボリュームフローレイトが25cm 3 /10min以上のポリカーボネートによって形成されたものである
透明基材。 - 請求項1に記載の透明基材であって、
比重が1.3g/cm3以下であり、反り量が1.0mm以内である透明基材。 - 第1透明基材及び第2透明基材と、
前記第1透明基材及び前記第2透明基材との間に配置され、VA方式、TN方式、IPS方式、FFS方式又はGH方式の液晶パネルを有する積層体と、を備え、
前記第1透明基材及び前記第2透明基材は、1mm以上、3.5mm以下の厚さであり、線膨張係数が7.0×10−5/K以下であり、荷重撓み温度が120℃以上であり、最大長さが499mm以下であり、ISO1133に準拠して温度300℃、荷重1.2kgfの条件で測定したメルトボリュームフローレイトが25cm 3 /10min以上のポリカーボネートによって形成されたものである

前記第1透明基材及び前記第2透明基材は、比重が1.3g/cm3以下であり、反り量が1.0mm以内である調光部材。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の調光部材であって、
前記液晶パネルは、液晶を収容する液晶充填部を区画する液晶セルを有し、
前記液晶セルは、配向膜に固定された柱状スペーサを前記液晶充填部内に有する
調光部材。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の調光部材であって、
前記液晶パネルは、液晶を収容する液晶充填部を区画する液晶セルを有し、
前記液晶セルは、前記液晶充填部内に設けられ配向膜に接着したビーズスペーサを有する
調光部材。 - 請求項3から6のいずれか1つに記載の調光部材であって、
前記液晶パネルは、液晶を収容する液晶充填部を区画する液晶セルを有し、
前記液晶充填部には、液晶が充填される前の前記液晶充填部のうちの液晶が充填されるべき領域の容積の92%以上、100%以下の体積の液晶が充填されている
調光部材。
