Description
本明細書において、「コロナ処理されないポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(以下、non−コロナPET)に対するTピール(T−peel)剥離強度」は、測定方法中、ii)のPETフィルムにコロナ処理をしないことを除いては、前記「コロナ処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムに対するTピール(T−peel)剥離強度」の測定方法と同様に測定した剥離強度を意味する。
本発明の一観点に係る粘着剤組成物は、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートおよび共単量体を含む単量体混合物、およびナノ粒子を含む組成物で、前記ナノ粒子は、シリコーン系重合体を含み、平均粒径は約5nmないし約800nmである。
単量体混合物は、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートおよび共単量体を含む。前記単量体混合物は、重合され、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体を形成できる。
前記接着剤組成物は、ナノ粒子が含まれることによって粘着フィルムの低温および/または常温粘弾性に優れ、架橋された構造を有するようになり、粘着フィルムの高温粘弾性が安定的に発揮される。具体例において、前記ナノ粒子は、前記水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体と化学的結合を形成し得る。
具体的に、前記コアのガラス転移温度は、約−200℃ないし約−40℃、具体的に、約−200℃ないし約−80℃、より具体的に、約−200℃ないし約−90℃でもよい。前記範囲で低温(約−20℃)で求められる貯蔵弾性率の値を具現でき、低温および/または常温粘弾性特性に優れる。
開始剤は、光重合開始剤または熱重合開始剤を用いることができる。前記開始剤は、部分重合するプレポリマーの製造時に用いられた開始剤と同じか、他の開始剤を用いることができる。
架橋剤は、多官能性(メタ)アクリレートとして、例えば、1,4−ブタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールアジペート(neopentylglycol adipate)ジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(dicyclopentanyl)ジ(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ジシクロペンテニルジ(メタ)アクリレート、エチレンオキシド変性ジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジ(メタ)アクリロキシエチルイソシアヌレート、アリル化シクロヘキシルジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリシクロデカンジメタノール(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチロールジシクロペンタンジ(メタ)アクリレート、エチレンオキシド変性ヘキサヒドロフタル酸ジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリシクロデカンジメタノール(メタ)アクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコール変性トリメチルプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、アダマンタン(adamantane)ジ(メタ)アクリレートまたは9,9−ビス[4−(2−アクリロイルオキシエトキシ)フェニル]フルオレン等のような2官能性アクリレート;トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、プロピオン酸変性ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、プロピレンオキシド変性トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、3官能型ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートまたはトリス(メタ)アクリロキシエチルイソシアヌレート等の3官能型アクリレート;ジグリセリンテトラ(メタ)アクリレートまたはペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート等の4官能型アクリレート;ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート等の5官能型アクリレート;およびジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレートまたはウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(ex.イソシアネート単量体およびトリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレートの反応物等の6官能型アクリレート等を挙げることができるが、これに制限されるものではない。これらは単独または2種以上混合して用いることができる。具体的に、架橋剤は、水酸基を2個ないし20個有する多価アルコールの多官能性 (メタ)アクリレートを用いることにより優れた耐久信頼性を有する効果がある。
シランカップリング剤としては、シロキサン系またはエポキシ系シランカップリング剤をさらに含んでもよいが、これに制限されない。シランカップリング剤は、前記水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体100重量部に対して、約0.01重量部ないし約5重量部、具体的に、約0.01重量部ないし約2重量部、より具体的に、約0.01ないし約0.5重量部で含んでもよい。前記範囲で粘着フィルムの信頼性増加の効果がある。
粘着剤組成物は、選択的に硬化促進剤、イオン性液体、リチウム塩、無機充填剤、軟化剤、分子量調節剤、酸化防止剤、老化防止剤、安定剤、粘着付与樹脂、改質樹脂(ポリオール樹脂、フェノール樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エポキシ化ポリブタジエン樹脂等)、レベリング剤、消泡剤、可塑剤、染料、顔料(着色顔料、体質顔料等)、処理剤、紫外線遮断剤、蛍光増白剤、分散剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、帯電防止剤、凝集剤、潤滑剤および溶剤等の通常の添加剤をさらに含んでもよい。
本発明の一つの具体例に係る粘着フィルムは、前記粘着剤組成物で形成されてもよい。前記粘着フィルムは、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートおよび共単量体を含む単量体混合物から重合された水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体を含んでもよい。
前記粘着フィルム(約13cm横×約3cm縦、厚さ約100μm)を温度約70℃、湿度約93%で約24時間エイジング(Aging)した場合、気泡発生面積(%)が約0%でもよい。前記範囲で高温高湿でも被着剤との離れが発生しない。
本発明のまた別の観点は、ディスプレイ部材に関する。
(A)単量体混合物
(a1)2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)を用いた。
(b1)屈折率が、1.43、平均粒径が170nmで、トルエン不溶分が41%であるジメチルシロキサン−ジフェニルシロキサン架橋共重合体99.5gとn−ブチルアクリレート127.2g、トリアリルイソシアヌレート2.4gを常温で混合し、ナトリウムドデシルベンゼンサルフェート1.4gをイオン交換水760gに分散させた状態のシリコーン混合物を製造した。前記混合液の温度を75℃に維持し、ポタシウムパーサルフェート2.4gを投入して重合反応を4時間進行させた。その後、ポタシウムパーサルフェート0.7gをさらに投入し、メチルメタアクリレート64.8gとメチルアクリレート7.25gを混合した溶液を15分間滴下した。そして、75℃で4時間反応を進行させて常温で冷却した。(反応転換率:97.4%)最終反応液と1.5%のMgSO4水溶液を75℃で混合し、水洗、乾燥過程を経てナノ粒子を製造し、その存在を確認した。製造されたナノ粒子は、屈折率(NB)が1.45で、平均粒径が173nmで、コアとシェルとの重量比は2.36:1であった。
(c1)BASF社で製造されたイルガキュア651(2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノン)製品を用いた。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(a1)60重量%、4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(a2)40重量%を含む単量体混合物100重量部に対して、ナノ粒子(b1)2.5重量部および光重合開始剤(c1)(イルガキュア651)0.005重量部をガラス容器内でしっかり混合した。ガラス容器内の溶解された酸素を窒素気体に換えて、低圧ランプ(50mw/cm2、三共電気社で製造されたBL Lamp)を用いて紫外線を照射することによって混合物を部分重合させ、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体(プレポリマー)、ナノ粒子および重合されない単量体混合物でなるシロップを製造した。前記シロップに付加的光重合開始剤(c2)(イルガキュア184)を0.35重量部添加して粘着剤組成物(粘度:1500cPs)を製造した。
実施例1で各成分の含量を下記表1のように変更したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法を遂行して透明粘着シートを製造した。
(1)ガラス転移温度(Tg、℃):実施例と比較例の粘着フィルムに対して、15mg(on 6mm Al Pan)のサンプルを作り、窒素雰囲気(50mL/min)で20℃/minの昇温速度で100℃まで昇温し、同じ速度で−80℃まで冷却させた後(第1の加熱条件(1st run))、10℃/minの昇温速度で100℃まで昇温しながら粘着フィルムのガラス転移温度(Tg)を測定した。
また、TA.XT_Plusテクスチャーアナライザーを用いて、60℃で一方のPETフィルムは固定し、他方のPETフィルムを50mm/minの速度で引っ張って60℃でのT−Peel剥離強度を測定した。
前記表1に表れている通り、本願発明の範囲である実施例の粘着フィルムは、広い温度範囲での粘弾性特性が維持され、リカバリー力および気泡発生面積等で優れた物性を有するだけでなく、低いヘイズ(透明性)および優れた接着力を有することが分かる。
Claims (25)
- 水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートおよび共単量体を含む単量体混合物;および
ナノ粒子;を含む組成物で、
前記ナノ粒子は、シリコーン系重合体を含み、平均粒径は、5nmないし800nmである、粘着剤組成物。 - 前記水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートは、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が−80℃ないし−20℃である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記共単量体は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体、エチレンオキシドを有する単量体、プロピレンオキシドを有する単量体、アミン基を有する単量体、アミド基を有する単量体、アルコキシ基を有する単量体、リン酸基を有する単量体、スルホン酸基を有する単量体、フェニル基を有する単量体およびシラン基を有する単量体のうち一つ以上を含み、前記共単量体のガラス転移温度(Tg)は−150℃ないし0℃である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ナノ粒子は、コアシェル構造で、前記コアと前記シェルのガラス転移温度は下記式1を満たす、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物:
- 前記コアのガラス転移温度は、−200℃ないし−40℃で、前記シェルのガラス転移温度は15℃ないし200℃である、請求項4に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記コアは、ポリシロキサンを含み、前記シェルはポリ(メタ)アクリレートを含む、請求項4に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ナノ粒子は、前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して、0.1重量部ないし20重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着剤組成物は、開始剤および架橋剤のうち一つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤組成物で形成された粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートおよび共単量体を含む単量体混合物から重合された水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体を含む、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体は、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート15重量%ないし45重量%および共単量体55重量%ないし85重量%を含む単量体混合物から重合されたものである、請求項10に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、ナノ粒子をさらに含み、前記ナノ粒子は、前記水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリル系共重合体との屈折率の差異が0.05以下である、請求項10に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が0℃以下である、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、80℃で貯蔵弾性率が10KPaないし1,000KPaである、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、25℃で貯蔵弾性率が10KPaないし1,000KPaである、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、−20℃で貯蔵弾性率が10KPaないし1,000KPaである、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、80℃の貯蔵弾性率と−20℃の貯蔵弾性率との割合が1:1ないし1:20である、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、100μm厚さにおけるヘイズが4%以下である、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、100μm厚さで200%延伸後、ヘイズが5%以下である、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、100μm厚さで、下記式2によるリカバリー力が30%ないし98%である、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム:
- 前記粘着フィルム(13cm×3cm、厚さ100μm)の一面に50μm厚さのPETおよび前記粘着フィルムの裏面に100μm厚さのPETが積層された粘着フィルムを1cm間隔の平行な枠の間に、前記粘着フィルムの横の長さが1/2になるように50μmPET方向に曲げて入れ、温度70℃、湿度93%で24時間エイジング(Aging)した場合、気泡発生面積が0%である、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、コロナ処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムに対する25℃におけるTピール(T−peel)剥離強度が400gf/inないし4,000gf/inである、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、コロナ処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムに対する60℃でのTピール(T−peel)剥離強度が200gf/inないし3,000gf/inである、請求項9に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 光学フィルム;および
前記光学フィルムの一面または両面に付着された請求項9に記載の粘着フィルムを含む、ディスプレイ部材。 - 前記光学フィルムはタッチパネル、ウィンドウ、偏光板、カラーフィルター、位相差フィルム、楕円偏光フィルム、反射偏光フィルム、反射防止フィルム、補償フィルム、輝度向上フィルム、配向膜、光拡散フィルム、ガラス飛散防止フィルム、表面保護フィルム、OLED素子バリア層、プラスチックLCD基板、ITO(indium tin oxide)を含むフィルム、FTO(fluorinated tin oxide)を含むフィルム、AZO(aluminum doped zinc oxide)を含むフィルム、CNT(carbon nanotube)を含むフィルム、Agナノワイヤー(nanowire)を含むフィルムまたはグラフェン(graphene)を含むフィルムを含む、請求項24に記載のディスプレイ部材。
