Description
前記外袋は、20℃、90%RHにおいて測定した酸素透過度が1.5〜20cc/m2・day・atmであり且つ40℃、90%RHにおいて測定した水蒸気透過度が0.05〜10g/m2・dayである低通気部と、20℃、90%RHにおいて測定した酸素透過度が1.3cc/m2・day・atm以下であり且つ40℃、90%RHにおいて測定した水蒸気透過度が2.0g/m2・day以下である非通気部とを含み、
前記収容部の全内面積に占める前記低通気部の面積の割合が15〜75%であることを特徴とする前記使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[2] 前記収容部の全内面積に占める前記低通気部の面積の割合が50%であることを特徴とする[1]に記載の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[3] 前記低通気部が第1の基材と前記第1の基材の上に積層された低通気層とを有し、前記非通気部が第2の基材と前記第2の基材の上に積層された非通気層とを有し、前記第1の基材と前記第2の基材とをヒートシールしたことを特徴とする[1]又は[2]に記載の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[4] 一つのシーラント層の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記非通気層を有することを特徴とする[1]又は[2]に記載の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[5] 一つのシーラント層の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記低通気層及び前記非通気層を有することを特徴とする[1]又は[2]に記載の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[6] 前記使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋は1以上の積層シートをヒートシールして成る少なくとも1つのヒートシール部を有し、前記ヒートシール部に隣接する領域の少なくとも一部には前記低通気部が設けられていることを特徴とする[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[7] 前記低通気層は塩化ビニリデンの単独重合体又は共重合体を含み、前記非通気層は金属又は金属酸化物を含む、[3]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋。
[8] [1]〜[7]のいずれかに記載の外袋により包装された使い捨てカイロ。
前記外袋は、20℃、90%RHにおいて測定した酸素透過度が1.5〜20cc/m2・day・atmであり且つ40℃、90%RHにおいて測定した水蒸気透過度が0.05〜10g/m2・dayである低通気部と、20℃、90%RHにおいて測定した酸素透過度が1.3cc/m2・day・atm以下であり且つ40℃、90%RHにおいて測定した水蒸気透過度が2.0g/m2・day以下である非通気部とを含み、
前記収容部の全内面積に占める前記低通気部の面積の割合が15〜75%であることを特徴とする前記使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋を提供する。
第1の実施態様において、低通気部は第1の基材と前記第1の基材の上に積層された低通気層とを有し、非通気部は第2の基材と前記第2の基材の上に積層された非通気層とを有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層、その他などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。
第2の実施態様は、第1の実施態様の変形例であり、第1の実施態様と同様に低通気部は第1の基材と前記第1の基材の上に積層された低通気層とを有し、非通気部は第2の基材と前記第2の基材の上に積層された非通気層とを有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層、その他などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。
第3の実施態様において、一つの基材の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記基材及び前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記基材及び前記非通気層を有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層、その他などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。
第4の実施態様において、一つのシーラント層の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記低通気層及び前記非通気層を有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。第4の実施態様においては、低通気層及び非通気層が積層されている部分が非通気部を構成し、非通気層が積層されていない部分が低通気部を構成することになる。
第5の実施態様は、第4の実施態様の変形例であり、第4の実施態様と同様に一つのシーラント層30の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記低通気層及び前記非通気層を有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層30などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。第5の実施態様においては、一つのシーラント層に低通気層及び非通気層が積層されている部分が非通気部を構成し、非通気層が積層されていない部分が低通気部を構成することになる。
第6の実施態様は、第4の実施態様の変形例であり、第4の実施態様と同様に一つのシーラント層30の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記低通気層及び前記非通気層を有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。第6の実施態様においては、1枚の積層シートを巻き回して重ね合わせた周縁部を三方シールし、低通気層及び非通気層が積層されている部分が非通気部を構成し、非通気層が積層されていない部分が低通気部を構成している。
第7の実施態様は、第6の実施態様の変形例であり、一つのシーラント層30の上に低通気層及び非通気層を設け、前記低通気部が前記低通気層を有し、前記非通気部が前記低通気層及び前記非通気層を有する。基材、低通気層及び非通気層並びにシーラント層などとしては、上述したものを制限なく用いることができる。第7の実施態様においては、2枚の積層シートを重ね合わせて周縁部を四方シールし、低通気層及び非通気層が積層されている部分が非通気部を構成し、非通気層が積層されていない部分が低通気部を構成する。
二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11の上に積層されたポリ塩化ビニリデン層12を有する積層シート(二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11の厚み30μm、ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12の厚み1μm)を準備した。この積層シートのポリ塩化ビニリデン層12側に、エーテル系接着剤を塗布し乾燥させて接着剤層40を形成した。この接着剤層40を介して、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム30(厚み30μm)を載置して積層一体化させ、下層側からみて、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム30の上に接着剤層40/ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12/二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11からなる第1の多層フィルムA1が積層されてなる横:120mm、縦:165mmの大きさの低通気部を構成する積層シート(以後「低通気部積層シート」という。)を製造した。
以下の温度及び湿度の条件において、以下の測定機械を以下の測定条件で用いて酸素透過度(cc/(m2・day・atm))を測定した。
温度:20℃、湿度:90%RH、
測定機械:モコン(mocon)社製 OX-TRAN 2/20、測定方法:30分おき 20回連続測定
以下の温度及び湿度の条件において、以下の測定機械を以下の測定条件で用いて、水蒸気透過度(g/(m2・day))を測定した。
温度:40℃、湿度:90%RH、
測定機械:モコン(mocon)社製 OX-TRAN 2/20、測定方法:30分おき 20回連続測定
KOPP#20:二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11の厚み20μm、ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12の厚み1μm
KOPP#40:二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11の厚み40μm、ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12の厚み1μm
KPET#12:二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム11の厚み12μm、ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12の厚み1μm

実施例1で製造したサンプルの積層シートについて、以下の(3)加速試験後の外観の評価及び(4)加速試験後の発熱性能(持続時間)の評価を行った。評価結果を表4に示す。
実施例1で製造したサンプルの積層シートを実施態様1(図1A〜1C)に示すように位置付けて、低通気部積層シートと非通気部積層シートとを、使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋の収容部の全内面積に占める低通気部及び非通気部の面積の割合がそれぞれ50%となるように重ね合わせた後、その外周縁部を三方ヒートシールしてヒートシール部を形成することにより、横:120mm、縦:165mm、厚み:130μmの大きさであり、上方に開口部を有する三方ヒートシール型の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋を製造した。
上記「(3)加速試験後の外観の評価」と同様にして、使い捨てカイロ製品を製造した。
実施例1と同様にして、下層側からみて、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム30の上に接着剤層40/ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12/二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11からなる第1の多層フィルムA1が積層されてなる横:120mm、縦:165mmの大きさの低通気部積層シートを製造した。
実施例1と同様にして、下層側からみて、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム30の上に接着剤層40/ポリ塩化ビニリデン層12/二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11からなる第1の多層フィルムA1が積層されてなる横:120mm、縦:165mmの大きさの低通気部積層シートを製造した。
ポリ塩化ビニリデン層及び蒸着層を含まない点を除いて、実施例1と同様にして、二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(厚み20μm)の片面に、実施例1と同様にして印刷インキ層及び接着剤層を形成した。この接着剤層の上に、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム(厚み30μm)を載置して積層一体化させ、下層側からみて、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム/接着剤層/印刷インキ層/二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムからなる高通気部である積層シート(以後「高通気部積層シート」という。)を、横:120mm、縦:165mmの大きさとなるように製造した。
比較例1で製造した高通気部積層シートと、実施例1で製造した、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム21の上に積層されたアルミニウムの蒸着層22を有する積層シートを含む非通気部積層シートとを、実施例3と同様に、使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋の収容部の全内面積に占める高通気部の面積の割合が10%、非通気部の面積の割合が90%となるように重ね合わせた後、上方に開口部を有する三方ヒートシール型の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋を製造した。
実施例1で製造したサンプルの積層シートを1種類のみを用いて、実施例2と同様にして、低通気部100%又は非通気部100%の使い捨てカイロ包装用外袋を製造した。
