Description
Claims (9)
- 患者にタイダル腹膜透析治療を実行する装置であって、前記透析治療は、それぞれが充填期間、滞留期間、及び排液期間を有する一連のサイクルを含み、前記装置は、前記充填期間において、特定のインフロー容積の新鮮な透析液を、特定の患者容積に到達するまで前記患者の腹腔に充填し、前記排液期間において、特定のタイダルアウトフローターゲットに到達するまで、使用された透析液を前記患者の腹腔から排液するのに適する少なくとも1つのサイクラーを有し、前記装置は、少なくとも1つの動作モードにおいて、タイダルアウトフローターゲットに到達する前に排液期間を終了させることによって、許容される残留容積が前記腹腔内に残り、それから充填期間にスイッチオーバーがなされるよう、前記サイクラーを制御する少なくとも1つのプロセッサをさらに有し、前記充填期間の完了時には、患者の充填容積が、前記特定の患者容積より大きい、許容される患者容積に存在するよう、前記充填期間が実行され、
前記排液期間が終了する時のスイッチオーバー値は、タイダルアウトフローターゲットの、又は特定のインフロー容積の特定のパーセンテージになり、前記パーセンテージは、前記タイダルアウトフローターゲットの、又は前記特定のインフロー容積の0より大きく60%以下の範囲にあるように前記プロセッサが構成される、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記範囲が10から50%の範囲である
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記許容される残留容積及び/又は前記許容される患者容積が調節できることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記許容される残留容積及び前記許容される患者容積は、互いに独立して調節できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記動作モードの選択がタイダルアウトフローターゲットに到達したかに依存するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 排液期間が終了する時刻が少なくとも1つのパラメータに依存し、前記パラメータは、貯留された容積、排液期間中のフローレート、及び患者の腹腔内の圧力のうちの少なくとも1つであるように前記プロセッサが構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 許容される患者容積又は充填期間の過程内で追加される容積が、特定の患者容積の、又は特定のインフロー容積の、100から150%の範囲にあるように前記プロセッサが構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 許容される患者容積又は充填期間の過程内で追加される容積が、特定の患者容積の、又は特定のインフロー容積の、100から130%の範囲にあるように前記プロセッサが構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 許容される患者容積又は充填期間の過程内で追加される容積が、特定の患者容積の、又は特定のインフロー容積の、100から120%の範囲にあるように前記プロセッサが構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
