Claims (1)
- 加工液の温度を調整する温度調整装置を有するサブタンクと、常に前記サブタンクから温度が調整された所定量の加工液が供給されるとともに前記サブタンクに所定量の加工液を排出することによって所定温度の加工液で満たされている加工タンクと、ワイヤをガイドするガイド部と、コラムから水平方向に延びて前記加工タンクに挿入され前記加工タンクの中の加工液に浸かり先端側で前記ガイド部を支持するアームとを備えるワイヤカット放電加工装置において、
前記ガイド部が、加工液を噴出する加工液噴出ノズルを有し、
前記アームが、前記アームを貫通する孔であって前記サブタンクから前記加工液噴出ノズルに前記加工液を供給する流路の噴流接続パイプと、前記アームよりも小さい熱伝導率であって前記噴流接続パイプの内周面を覆うことで当該噴流接続パイプの内孔を断熱する断熱部とを有することを特徴とするワイヤカット放電加工装置。
