有機廃棄物(B)から不純物を除去するための装置(1)と、
不純物を除去するための前記装置(1)の下流に配置された、有機廃棄物(B)を粉砕するための装置(2)と、
不純物を除去するための前記装置(1)および/または有機廃棄物(B)を粉砕するための前記装置(2)の下流に配置された、水熱炭化を使用して有機廃棄物(B)を処理生成物である石炭(K)およびプロセス水(P)に変換するための装置(3)と、
有機廃棄物(B)を処理生成物である石炭(K)およびプロセス水(P)に変換するための前記装置(3)の下流に配置された、特にチャンバ・フィルタ・プレスまたは遠心分離機であるところの、水熱炭化から得られた処理生成物である石炭(K)およびプロセス水(P)を分離するための装置(4)と、

蒸留されたアンモニアを適切な酸、特に硫酸と混合して肥料として使用可能な硫酸アンモニウムを製造するための装置とを備えている、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記石炭(K)を乾燥させるための前記装置(5)の下流に配置された、特に木材/石炭ガス化装置であるところの、乾燥された石炭(K)を合成ガスに少なくとも部分的に変換するための装置(7)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 乾燥された石炭(K)を少なくとも部分的に合成ガスに変換する前記装置(7)の下流に配置された、発電機、特に二燃料エンジンを使用して電気エネルギーを生成するために合成ガスを利用するための装置(8)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 石炭(K)を乾燥させるための前記装置(5)と、乾燥された石炭(K)を少なくとも部分的に合成ガスに変換するための前記装置(7)との間に配置された、石炭(K)を貯蔵または一時的に貯蔵するための装置(6)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 発電機を使用して電気エネルギーを生成するために合成ガスを利用するための前記装置(8)用の入口空気として、石炭(K)を乾燥させるための前記装置(5)から生じる排出空気(L)が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のシステム。
- 発電機を使用して電気エネルギーを生成するために合成ガスを利用するための前記装置(8)によって生成される廃熱(W)が、プロセス水(P)を少なくとも部分的に真空蒸留するための前記装置(9)、および/または、水熱炭化を使用して有機廃棄物(B)を処理生成物である石炭(K)およびプロセス水(P)に変換するための前記装置(3)の熱源として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 乾燥された石炭(K)を合成ガスに少なくとも部分的に変換するための装置(7)によって使用されない石炭(K)が、本発明のシステムの外でさらに使用するために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 発電機を使用して電気エネルギーを生成するために合成ガスを利用するための前記装置(8)によって使用されない合成ガスが、本発明のシステムの外でさらに使用するために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 水熱炭化を使用して有機廃棄物(B)を処理生成物である石炭(K)およびプロセス水(P)に変換するための前記装置(3)が、前記有機廃棄物(B)から化学的に結合したミネラルを分離拡散させ、これらのミネラルを前記プロセス水(P)内に保持するための装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 肥料の製造のために負圧を用いた濃縮によって、処理生成物として得られるプロセス水(P)を少なくとも部分的に真空蒸留するための装置(9)が、展延可能な肥料の製造のためにプロセス水(P)に含まれる水を完全に蒸発させるための装置を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 外部源、特に熱コンセプトのないバイオガスプラントから導入された廃熱(E)が、少なくとも部分的に真空蒸留するための前記装置(9)、および/または、有機廃棄物(B)を水熱炭化を用いて処理生成物である石炭(K)およびプロセス水(P)に変換するための前記装置(3)のための熱源として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも部分的に真空蒸留するための前記装置(9)によって使用されないプロセス水(P)が、水生植物を使用する装置(10)によって利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
