Description
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1による車両用交流発電機の回転子の軸線に沿う断面図である。図において、回転子100は、図示しない車両用交流発電機のフレームに回転可能に支持されており、車両に搭載されたエンジンによって回転駆動される。また、回転子100は、回転軸1と、ランデル型の第1及び第2の磁極鉄心2,3と、界磁コイル4と、樹脂ボビン5と、第1及び第2の冷却ファン9,10とを有している。
また、実施の形態1では、ファンブレード110が不等角度ピッチで配置されているが、この発明は、ファンブレードが等角度ピッチで配置された冷却ファンにも適用きる。
Claims (3)
- それぞれ複数の磁極爪を有している一対の磁極鉄心と、
前記磁極鉄心に設けられている界磁コイルと、
前記磁極鉄心に固定されている冷却ファンと
を備え、
前記冷却ファンは、前記磁極鉄心の軸方向端面に固定されている基部と、前記基部から軸方向へ突出している複数の翼部とを有しており、
前記基部には、前記冷却ファンを、前記冷却ファンと同一の形状及び大きさの他の冷却ファンと重ねたときに前記冷却ファン同士の噛み込みを抑制する複数の噛み込み抑制部が設けられており、
前記複数の噛み込み抑制部は、それぞれ前記基部の周方向の異なる位置に設けられており、かつ、前記基部の端部で、前記翼部が切り離された部分の角に設けられている車両用交流発電機の回転子。 - 前記噛み込み抑制部は、前記基部の一部が折り曲げられ軸方向へ立ち上げられて構成されている請求項1記載の車両用交流発電機の回転子。
- 前記噛み込み抑制部は、前記翼部から間隔をおいて設けられている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用交流発電機の回転子。
