Description
6つの試料複合積層体(S1〜S6)を、本明細書に記載のある特定の実施形態に従って構成及び形成した。6つ全ての試料複合積層体(S1〜S6)は、第1の基材層、第1の(すなわち底部)誘電体層、及び第2の(すなわち上部)誘電体層を含む。一般的な層の組成、配置、及び厚さを含む、底部と上部誘電体層との間に位置する各積層体の層の構成は、下記の表1に要約されている。表1に列挙される層の順序は、表の下列が複合積層体の底部層に対応する複合積層体の層の順序を示すことが理解されよう。
9つの比較試料複合積層体積層体(CS1〜CS9)を、上述の方法に従って作製した。9つ全ての試料比較試料複合積層体(CS1〜CS9)は、第1の基材層、第1の(すなわち底部)誘電体層、及び第2の(すなわち上部)誘電体層を含む。一般的な層の組成、配置、及び厚さを含む、底部と上部誘電体層との間に位置する各積層体の層の構成は、下記の表3に要約されている。表に列挙される層の順序は、表の下列が比較複合積層体の底部層に対応する比較複合積層体の層の順序を示すことが理解されよう。
Claims (14)
- 複合積層体であって、
ポリマー材料を含む第1の基材層と、
銀を含む機能層と、
耐腐食性材料を含む第1の遮断層と、
NiCrを含む第2の遮断層と、を含み、
前記第1の遮断層が、前記機能層に隣接し、
前記第2の遮断層が、前記第1の遮断層に隣接し、
前記第1の遮断層が、前記第1の基材層と前記機能層の間に位置し、
前記複合積層体が、少なくとも50%のVLT、及び少なくとも30%のTSERを有する、複合積層体。 - 複合積層体であって、
ポリマー材料を含む第1の基材層と、
銀を含む機能層と、
耐腐食性材料を含む第1の遮断層と、
NiCrを含む第2の遮断層と、を含み、
前記第1の遮断層が、前記機能層に隣接し、
前記第2の遮断層が、前記第1の遮断層に隣接し、
前記第1の遮断層が、前記第1の基材層と前記機能層の間に位置し、
前記複合積層体が、20%以下の放射率を有する、複合積層体。 - 複合積層体を形成する方法であって、
ポリマー材料を含む第1の基材層を提供することと、
銀を含む機能層を形成することと、
耐腐食性材料を含む第1の遮断層を形成することと、
NiCrを含む第2の遮断層を形成することと、を含み、
前記第1の遮断層が、前記機能層に隣接し、
前記第2の遮断層が、前記第1の遮断層に隣接し、
前記第1の遮断層が、前記第1の基材層と前記機能層の間に位置し、
前記複合積層体が、少なくとも50%のVLT、及び少なくとも30%のTSERを有する、方法。 - 前記耐腐食性材料が、ルテニウム、ロジウム、パラジウム、銀、オスミウム、イリジウム、白金、または金を含む、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記第1の遮断層が、金からなる、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記複合積層体が、少なくとも10%のVLTを含む、請求項2に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記複合積層体が、99%以下のVLTを含む、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記複合積層体が、少なくとも40%のTSERを含む、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記機能層が、銀からなる、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記機能層が、少なくとも5ナノメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記機能層が、40ナノメートル以下の厚さを有する、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記複合積層体が、20%以下の放射率を有する、請求項1に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記第1の遮断層が、10ナノメートル以下の厚さを有する、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
- 前記第1の遮断層が、少なくとも0.1ナノメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1、及び2のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層体。
