Claims (13)

前記撮像プローブに配置される第1のインターロック構成と、
前記細長い医療器具の前記作業通路に配置される第2のインターロック構成とを含み、
前記第1のインターロック構成及び前記第2のインターロック構成のうちの一方は、複数の突起を含み、前記第1のインターロック構成及び前記第2のインターロック構成のうちの他方は、複数の圧痕を含み、
前記第1のインターロック構成及び前記第2のインターロック構成は、前記医療器具に対する所定の配置において、前記撮像プローブと噛み合い且つ解放可能にインターロックするように構成され、
前記第1の封止構成及び前記第2の封止構成は、
前記第2の封止構成が前記第1の封止構成を受けるように構成されるように、相補的に成形され、前記第1の封止構成及び前記第2の封止構成は、前記第1の封止構成と前記第2の封止構成との間の流体の通過を防止するよう互いに接触するように構成され、
前記第1及び第2の封止構成が接触するとき、間隙が前記流体方向表面と前記細長い医療器具の前記第2の遠位端との間に形成されて、前記撮像プローブの前記遠位先端に亘る前記作業通路からの流体の通過を方向付ける、
医療器具システム。 - 前記第1の封止構成は、前記撮像プローブの前記第1の遠位端にある外部斜面を含み、前記第2の封止構成は、前記細長い医療器具の前記第2の遠位端に前記作業通路の面取り表面を含む、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記面取り表面は、360°の円周状の表面であり、前記外部斜面は、第1の周端と、第2の周端とを有し、前記流体方向表面は、前記第1の周端と前記第2の周端との間に延在する、請求項2に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記流体方向表面は、前記撮像プローブの外周面と前記撮像プローブの前記第1の遠位端の表面との間で傾斜させられる、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記流体方向表面は、湾曲した斜面を有し、平坦な表面を有し、或いは60°で傾斜させられる、請求項4に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記間隙は、0.00508センチメートル(0.002インチ)の寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の封止構成は噛み合って、前記撮像プローブの前記第1の遠位端が前記作業通路の前記第2の遠位端を越えて延びるのを防止するよう、成形され且つ構成される、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記第1及び第2のインターロック構成は、前記作業通路内の前記撮像プローブの回転を制限する、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記第1のインターロック構成は、前記撮像プローブの外表面にある複数の突起を含む第1の鍔を含み、該第1の鍔は、第1の三次元の形状を有し、前記第2のインターロック構成は、前記作業通路の内表面にある前記複数の圧痕を含む第2の鍔を含み、該第2の鍔は、前記第1の三次元の形状と相補的な第2の三次元の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記撮像プローブに配置されるレンズを更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記撮像プローブの前記遠位先端は、前記レンズを包む光学的に透明な遠位先端を含む、請求項10に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記レンズは、疎水性被膜で被覆される、請求項10に記載の医療器具システム。
- 前記細長い医療器具に対する外部の領域からの流体の進入を制限するよう前記作業通路内の正圧を維持する流体管理システムを更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療器具システム。
