Claims (4)
- 空気処理機を含む熱分解法を用いて室内空気汚染物質を除去する空気浄化装置であって、ガス捕集加熱器を更に含み、前記ガス捕集加熱器と前記空気処理機との間をフレキシブルダクト(3)で接続し、前記ガス捕集加熱器はガス捕集フード(2)と2個の除菌用赤外線灯(1a)と2個の加熱用紫外線灯(1b)とを含み、前記2個の赤外線灯(1a)が前記ガス捕集フード(2)の入口両側に対称に設けられ、前記2個の紫外線灯(1b)が前記ガス捕集フード(2)入口の他の両側に対称に設けられ、前記空気処理機は筒壁(4)とフィルタ(5)とエアキャップ(9)とを含み、前記筒壁(4)の頂部が前記エアキャップ(9)に連結され、前記筒壁(4)の上部内側に環状水槽(6)が設けられ、前記フィルタ(5)が前記環状水槽(6)の中央孔を貫通して前記エアキャップ(9)と固結され、前記フィルタ(5)と前記エアキャップ(9)との連結部に送風ファン(8)が設けられ、前記フィルタ(5)は下から上に向けてプレフィルタ(5a)、HEPAフィルタ(5b)、活性炭フィルタ(5c)及び常温触媒フィルタ(5d)を順次設け、加湿器(7)はパイプで環状水槽(6)及びエアキャップ(9)内にあるノズル(7a)に接続し、ノズル(7a)がエアキャップ(9)の排気口(10)部に設けられる構成において、
前記筒壁(4)は円柱形であり、フレキシブルダクト(3)に接続する吸気口が環状水槽(6)の略直下部に設けられ、前記吸気口から吸い込まれた空気が筒壁(4)の内側に沿って斜め下方にサイクロンを形成し、筒壁(4)の底部中央から上方に向けて前記フィルタ(5)に流入する
ことを特徴とする、熱分解法を用いて室内空気汚染物質を除去する空気浄化装置。 - 前記排気口(10)は頂部前記エアキャップ(9)の両側に対称に設けられ、前記筒壁(4)の底部に掃除口(11)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱分解法を用いて室内空気汚染物質を除去する空気浄化装置。
- 前記環状水槽(6)と前記フィルタ(5)との構造間は、継ぎ目なく繋がっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱分解法を用いて室内空気汚染物質を除去する空気浄化装置。
- 前記加湿器(7)は、前記筒壁(4)の上部内側に固定され、前記エアキャップ(9)上の2個の排気口(10)に対応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱分解法を用いて室内空気汚染物質を除去する空気浄化装置。
