医院作为特殊的公共场所,人流量大并且大部人员为疾病患者,呼出的气体往往带有病原体,具有很强的传染性。医院病房中除疾病患者呼出的气体外,有些重病患者不能下床,常常在室内大、小便,患者吃、住在病房内,病房内的空气温浊,不利于病员的康复。目前常规的解决办法是开窗通风,利用化学消毒剂喷雾、擦拭地面和室内用具,紫外线灯照射消毒。但这类消毒方法存在明显不足:开窗通风会污染环境,且冬季天冷时不宜通风;化学消毒剂喷雾、擦拭地面和室内用具消毒频次不可能太高;紫外线灯照射消毒,因为患者不能到病房外去,照射时间不能太长,所以影响了消毒效果。因此,解决医院内空气的流动问题是减少医院内人员之间互相感染,传播疾病的有效途径,是目前医院急待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种净化效果好、杀菌消毒、净化空气、清除异味与粉尘的医院环境空气处理系统。
为了达到上述目的,本发明医院环境空气处理系统,包括壳体,安装在壳体外侧底部上的移动轮,在壳体下部侧面上设置的通风口,靠近通风口安装在壳体内部的蜂窝状活性炭过滤器,安装在壳体内部的静音离心风机,安装在壳体内部的雾化区隔板,位于雾化区内并安装在壳体内侧底部上的超声波雾化器,位于超声波雾化器上方并依次安装在壳体内部的杀菌消毒水溶剂药液容器、雾化风机,安装在壳体中部的光触媒滤网,安装在光触媒滤网上的数个紫外线杀菌灯,安装在壳体上部的出风口,与雾化区相接延伸至壳体上部并安装在壳体内侧面上的雾化管道,安装在壳体上部出风口处的负氧离子空气净化器。
本发明医院环境空气处理系统,其工作原理是:
(1)首先,通过风机,将普通或有害空气通过通风口吸入,经过蜂窝状活性炭过滤器,蜂窝状活性炭过滤器是在聚氨酯泡棉上载附粉状活性炭制成,其含碳量在35%~50%,具有活性炭高效的吸附性能,吸附效率高,风阻系数小,能耗低,可在一定风量下除臭、清除异味与粉尘,净化空气,具有很好的净化效果,去除挥发性有机化合物甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯和空气中的污染物,对空气中的PM2.5有害颗粒和可吸入颗粒物PM10进行过滤吸附,实现初步空气净化。
(2)然后,经风机将通过过滤的空气送入光触媒滤网,再次将空气中的有害物质进行过滤。过滤后的空气在紫外线杀菌灯的照射作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,能有效地降解空气中甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物有毒有害气体,能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,超声波雾化器利用电子高频震荡在雾化区中将液态杀菌消毒水溶剂药液水分子间的分子键打散而产生自然飘逸的水雾,杀菌消毒水雾在雾化风机的作用下通过雾化管道送至出风口,在雾化过程中将释放大量的负离子,其与空气中漂浮的烟雾、粉尘等产生静电式反应,使其沉淀,同时还能有效去除甲醛、一氧化碳、细菌等有害物质,使空气得到净化,减少疾病的发生,并调节房间的湿度使人体感到舒适。
(3)最后,经过活性炭吸附过滤及光触媒滤网过滤和紫外灯管照射杀菌过的空气与超声波雾化产生的水雾在气流的作用下经过负氧离子空气净化器混合通过出风口送出,通过负氧离子空气净化器生成对人体健康有益的小粒径负离子有益空气。因此,净化效果好,杀菌消毒,净化空气、清除异味与粉尘。

在图1、图2中,本发明医院环境空气处理系统,包括壳体1,安装在壳体外侧底部上的移动轮2,在壳体下部侧面上设置的通风口3,靠近通风口安装在壳体内部的蜂窝状活性炭过滤器4,安装在壳体内部的静音离心风机5,安装在壳体内部的雾化区隔板6,位于雾化区a内并安装在壳体内侧底部上的超声波雾化器7,位于超声波雾化器上方并依次安装在壳体内部的杀菌消毒水溶剂药液容器8、雾化风机9,安装在壳体中部的光触媒滤网10,安装在光触媒滤网上的数个紫外线杀菌灯11,安装在壳体上部的出风口12,与雾化区相接延伸至壳体上部并安装在壳体内侧面上的雾化管道13,安装在壳体上部出风口处的负氧离子空气净化器14。

本发明医院环境空气处理系统,以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (1)
1.一种医院环境空气处理系统,其特征在于,包括壳体,在壳体下部侧面上设置的通风口,靠近通风口安装在壳体内部的蜂窝状活性炭过滤器,安装在壳体内部的静音离心风机,安装在壳体内部的雾化区隔板,位于雾化区内并安装在壳体内侧底部上的超声波雾化器,位于超声波雾化器上方并依次安装在壳体内部的杀菌消毒水溶剂药液容器、雾化风机,安装在壳体中部的光触媒滤网,安装在光触媒滤网上的数个紫外线杀菌灯,安装在壳体上部的出风口,与雾化区相接延伸至壳体上部并安装在壳体内侧面上的雾化管道,安装在壳体上部出风口处的负氧离子空气净化器。
