Claims (11)
- 入口から出口に向かって流れる燃焼ガス流路を有する燃焼器用筒であって、
内側の空間が前記入口と前記出口を有する前記燃焼ガス流路となり、前記燃焼ガス流路となる壁面の内部に冷却媒体が通過する第1冷却流路が形成された内側筒と、
前記内側筒の外周に配置され、前記内側筒に固定された外側筒と、を有し、
前記内側筒の前記燃焼ガス流路の出口側端部に、燃焼ガスの流れる方向に対して放射状に延在するフランジ部を備え、
前記内側筒の外周面と前記外側筒の内周面との間に冷却媒体が通過し、かつ、前記第1冷却流路と前記燃焼器用筒の出口近傍で繋がる第2冷却流路が形成され、
前記外側筒は、前記第2冷却流路の前記第1冷却流路の近傍に冷却促進構造が形成され、
前記冷却促進構造は、前記外側筒に配置され、かつ、前記外側筒が固定された前記内側筒の前記フランジ部の近傍のみに配置され、
前記冷却媒体は、前記第1冷却流路内を、燃焼ガスが流れる方向に沿って流れ、前記燃焼ガス流路から離れる方向に流れ、前記第2冷却流路内に流入して、前記冷却促進構造を通過した後、流れ方向下流側に進むことを特徴とする燃焼器用筒。 - 前記冷却促進構造は、前記内側筒との距離が位置によって変化する凹凸形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼器用筒。
- 前記冷却促進構造は、前記凹凸形状の凸部の少なくとも一部が前記内側筒と接することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃焼器用筒。
- 前記冷却促進構造は、前記冷却媒体が通過する複数の貫通孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼器用筒。
- 前記冷却促進構造は、前記内側筒よりもガスタービンの回転軸側の前記外側筒の辺に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼器用筒。
- 前記出口側の端部が、静翼が設置された静翼シュラウドと連結し、
前記冷却促進構造は、ガスタービンのロータの回転方向において、静翼の上流側の端部と重なる位置を含む範囲に1箇所以上形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃焼器用筒。 - 前記出口側の端部が、静翼が設置された静翼シュラウドと連結し、
前記冷却促進構造は、ガスタービンのロータの回転方向において、前記静翼のピッチPの1/3P以上3P以下の範囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の燃焼器用筒。 - 前記出口側の端部が、静翼が設置された静翼シュラウドと連結し、
前記外側筒の前記静翼シュラウド側の端部と前記フランジ部の端部とを溶接で接続する溶接部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼器用筒。 - 前記溶接部は、前記フランジ部の前記静翼シュラウド側とは反対側の面と前記外側筒とを接続することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃焼器用筒。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼器用筒を有することを特徴とする燃焼器。
- 圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機によって圧縮された空気と燃料とを燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する請求項10に記載の燃焼器と、
前記燃焼器からの前記燃焼ガスが供給されて駆動されるタービンと、を含むことを特徴とするガスタービン。
