Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る車両制御システム1が搭載された電動車両Vの構成を示す図である。電動車両Vは、モータを駆動源として備えるBEVであるが、本発明はこれに限らない。電動車両Vは、モータ及び内燃機関を駆動源として備えるHEVであってもよい。
(1)車両制御システム1では、高圧バッテリ51をバッテリボックス52内に収容し、さらにこのバッテリボックス52をバッテリ配置室24に設ける。またパワードライブユニット3は、水センサ58によってバッテリ配置室24内の水25が検出されたことに応じて、電動車両Vの加減速度が所定の制限加減速度以下になるように電動車両Vの加減速を制限する。これにより、走行中の電動車両Vのバッテリ配置室24内に水25が浸入し、これを水センサ58で検出した場合には、バッテリ配置室24内に溜まった水25の水位を大きく波立たないように安定化できるので、急な加減速によってバッテリ配置室24内に溜まった水25がバッテリボックス52内に侵入したり、ひいてはバッテリボックス52内に収容されている高圧バッテリ51が被水したりするのを防止できる。

Claims (8)
- 電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を収容する蓄電装置容器と、
前記蓄電装置容器が設けられる蓄電装置配置室と、
所定の要求が実現するように車両の加減速を制御する加減速制御装置と、
前記蓄電装置配置室内の水を検出する水センサと、を備える車両制御システムであって、
前記蓄電装置容器は、有底でありかつ前記蓄電装置が設けられる槽体と、当該槽体の鉛直方向上方側の開口縁部を覆う蓋体と、を備え、
前記加減速制御装置は、前記水センサによって水が検出されたことに応じて、前記車両の加減速度が所定の制限加減速度以下になるように前記車両の加減速を制限する加減速制限制御を行うことを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 前記蓄電装置配置室は、有底の槽状であり、
前記水センサは、前記蓄電装置配置室の底面よりも高い位置に設置され、前記蓄電装置配置室内の水位が検出位置を超えた場合に水を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。 - 前記蓄電装置容器は、箱状であり、
前記水センサの検出位置は、前記底面よりも高くかつ前記蓄電装置容器の上端部よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両制御システム。 - 前記加減速制御装置は、前記水センサにより所定時間以上にわたり水が検出され続けた場合に前記加減速制限制御を開始することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記制限加減速度は、当該制限加減速度の下で前記車両が加減速した場合に生じる前記蓄電装置配置室内の水面の水平面に対する傾きが所定の制限角度以下になるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記加減速制御装置によって前記加減速制限制御が行われる前に、当該加減速制限制御が行われることを運転者に対し報知する内部報知手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記内部報知手段は、運転者が視覚によって認識可能な計器への表示、及び運転者が聴覚によって認識可能な警報音又は音声の発音の少なくとも何れかを介して前記加減速制限制御が行われることを運転者に対し報知することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記加減速制御装置によって前記加減速制限制御が行われる前に、非常点滅表示灯を点灯させる外部報知手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れかに記載の車両制御システム。
