Claims (14)
- 電極組立体、電解質及びパウチ外装材を備え、前記電極組立体を収納する収納部及び前記パウチ外装材がシーリングされたシーリング部が形成され、上下方向に立てられた形態で左右方向に配列され、下部シーリング部が折り畳まれた複数のパウチ型二次電池;及び
熱伝導性材質から構成され、前記複数の二次電池の下部に水平方向に横たわった形態で配置され、上部表面から上方に凸状に形成されて前記二次電池の収納部の下部が付着される凸部が2つ以上備えられ、前記凸部の間に位置して上方に突設されて前記二次電池の折り畳まれた下部シーリング部を上方に支持する折畳支持部が備えられた冷却プレート;を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記二次電池は、前記収納部の下部面の少なくとも一部が接着剤を用いて前記凸部の上部面に付着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接着剤は、熱伝導性接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池は、前記収納部の下部面の少なくとも一部が両面に接着層を備える両面接着テープを用いて前記凸部の上部面に付着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記折畳支持部は、前記下部シーリング部の折り畳まれた部分を前記収納部の下部面に接触させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記凸部は、少なくとも一部分が上方に行くほど幅が狭くなるように傾斜面を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 少なくとも一部の凸部は、左側上部面と右側上部面とに異なる二次電池がそれぞれ付着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記凸部と前記折畳支持部とは、前記冷却プレートの上面で前記二次電池の配列方向に沿って交互に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートの両端に立てられた形態で相互対向して配置された2つの側面プレート;及び横たわった形態で前記冷却プレートと対向して配置され、両端が前記2つの側面プレートの上端に連結された上部プレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートは、前記2つの側面プレート及び前記上部プレートと管状で一体的に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートには、前後方向に凹凸が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートは、上面のうち少なくとも一部に電気絶縁層がコーティングされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
