Claims (11)
- 上下方向へ立てられた形態で左右方向へ配列された複数個のパウチ型二次電池から構成されたセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の前方及び後方に取り付けられるバスバーフレームと、
熱伝導性材質からなり、前記セル積層体の下部で前記セル積層体を支持する下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートの上面に前記セル積層体が載置される前に予め塗布される熱伝導性樹脂と、
前記下部プレートの前後方向における前記熱伝導性樹脂の外側に位置し、前記セル積層体を前記下部プレートに載置する過程で前記熱伝導性樹脂が前後方向へ漏洩されることを防止するように設けられたフェンス部材と、
を含み、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記下部プレートの上面の内側方向へ折り曲げられて延びた下端部を備え、
前記フェンス部材は、前記バスバーフレームの前記下端部の終端に備えられ、前記下部プレートの上面に載置されることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記パウチ型二次電池は、パウチ外装材が電極組立体を囲むセルボディーと、前記セルボディーの外で前記パウチ外装材が熱溶着されて形成されたセルテラスと、を含み、
前記フェンス部材は、前記セルボディーの外側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記フェンス部材は、前記セルテラスの一部が上下方向へ挿入可能に形成された挿入溝を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記フェンス部材は、前記セル積層体の幅方向の長さに対応する長さを有し、前記下部プレートの上面に塗布された熱伝導性樹脂の厚さよりも高い高さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂が、接着性及び熱可塑性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記フェンス部材が、フォームまたはゴム材質からなるパッド形態で前記バスバーフレームの前記下端部に付着可能に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルテラスは、前記フェンス部材の上部に接触しないように一部が切り取られたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームは、前記セル積層体の前方に装着される第1バスバーフレームと、前記セル積層体の後方に装着される第2バスバーフレームと、を含み、
前記フェンス部材は、前記第1バスバーフレームの下端部に備えられる第1フェンス部材と、前記第2バスバーフレームの下端部に備えられる第2フェンス部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部プレートの上面で前記第1フェンス部材と前記第2フェンス部材との間に位置し、前記下部プレートの表面から突出し、前記下部プレートの左右方向へ延びるように設けられた樹脂隔離部材をさらに含み、
前記熱伝導性樹脂は、前記樹脂隔離部材の両側に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、電気自動車。
