Description
がリベット84を用いてハブ81に締結され、その先端側(自由端側)がリベット85を用いてアーマチュア83に締結されることで、ハブ81とアーマチュア83との間に跨って略板厚方向に弾性変形可能に取り付けられている。アーマチュア83は、磁性材料を用いて中空の円板状に形成されており、板ばね82の先端側(自由端側)に取り付けられて、ハブ81に対して軸線方向に相対移動自在に配設されている。アーマチュア83は、板ばね82の弾性力によりポンププーリ20から離間する方向へ付勢されている。アーマチュア83におけるポンププーリ20と対向する端面(一端側の端面)は、ポンププーリ20の摩擦面と摩擦係合が可能な摩擦面として形成されている。

Claims (1)
- 軸線方向に延びる軸孔が形成されるとともに、前記軸孔に連通するポンプ室が形成されたハウジングと、
前記軸孔内に設けられて動力源からの動力により軸線周りに回転する駆動軸と、
前記軸孔内に設けられて前記駆動軸を回転自在に支持する回転軸受と、
前記ポンプ室内に設けられて前記駆動軸の端部に連結されるインペラと、
前記ハウジングに設けられて前記動力源の動力を駆動軸へ伝達又は遮断する電磁クラッチと、
前記インペラと前記回転軸受との間に位置して、前記軸孔の内周部に設けられた第1シール部材と前記駆動軸の外周部に設けられた第2シール部材とが対向接触してなるメカニカルシールと、
前記ハウジング内において前記軸孔に連通して形成されて、前記メカニカルシールから漏出する流体を貯留する貯留手段とを備えた流体ポンプにおいて、
前記電磁クラッチは、磁界を発生させるコイルを内部に収容したコア部を有し、前記コイルへの通電/非通電を切り替えることで、前記動力源の動力を前記駆動軸に伝達又は遮断し、
前記貯留手段は、前記メカニカルシールと前記回転軸受との間において前記軸孔に連通して軸線方向の他端側に開口する流体貯留部を有し、
前記コア部を前記ハウジングに取り付けるための取付部材が前記流体貯留部の前記開口を封止するように構成され、
前記流体貯留部は、軸線周りに円環状に形成された環状空間からなり、
前記貯留手段は、軸線を含む垂直面内において前記軸孔から斜め下方に延びて前記流体貯留部に連通する傾斜通路部を備え、
前記流体貯留部と外部とを連通させる排出部は、前記流体貯留部の下端から所定の高さ位置且つ軸線よりも下方位置に設けられて、前記流体貯留部から前記外部へ向けて斜め下方に指向するように形成され、
前記開口は、前記取付部材のみにより封止され、
前記ハウジングにおける前記開口が形成された側面部には、前記取付部材が当接しており、
前記取付部材と前記側面部との間には、シール部材が設けられていることを特徴とする流体ポンプ。
