Claims (8)
- アクチュエータにそれぞれ接続される複数のコントローラユニットと、前記コントローラユニットの間に介装される放熱ユニットとからなり、前記放熱ユニットは前記コントローラユニットの熱発生源で生じた熱を外部に放射するための熱放出用の複数の放熱突起を備え、
前記放熱ユニットは前記コントローラユニットのコネクタに電気的に接続することが可能なコネクタを有することを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記放熱ユニットは前記コントローラユニットに対し着脱自在であることを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
- 請求項2に記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記コントローラユニットと放熱ユニットは直方体状からなり、前記コントローラユニットと放熱ユニットのそれぞれの一面に嵌合用凸部が設けられるとともに、他面に嵌合用凹部が設けられ、前記コントローラユニットの嵌合用凸部が前記放熱ユニットの嵌合用凹部に嵌合し且つ前記放熱ユニットの嵌合用凸部が前記コントローラユニットの嵌合用凹部に嵌合することによりコントローラユニットと放熱ユニットとが連設されることを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
- 請求項3に記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記コントローラユニット及び放熱ユニットの嵌合用凸部の周囲に防塵又は防滴用のシール部材が設けられていることを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
- 請求項3又は4に記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記コントローラユニット及び放熱ユニットの嵌合用凸部及び嵌合用凹部の内側に前記コネクタが露呈する開口部が設けられていることを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
- 請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記コントローラユニットの一面は放熱板で構成され、前記放熱ユニットの他面が放熱板に接することを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
- 請求項6記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記放熱ユニットの他面に放熱シートが設けられ、前記放熱シートが前記放熱板に接することを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
- 請求項7記載のコントローラ組立体において、前記放熱ユニットの他面に凹部が設けられ、前記凹部に前記放熱シートが配設されていることを特徴とするコントローラ組立体。
