Claims (8)
- コンプレッサのクーラ用の水抜き弁であって、接続開口(15)を介してクーラの内室に接続可能な圧力室(18)と、凝縮水導出用の出口開口(14)とを備えており、当該水抜き弁(20)は、それぞれ前記圧力室(18)と作用結合された空圧式の切替装置(12)と逆止弁(13)とを有しており、前記切替装置(12)と前記逆止弁(13)との間に生じる作用結合を用いて、前記切替装置(12)により前記逆止弁(13)を開放位置へ切り替えることができるようになっているものにおいて、
コンプレッサ停止中に、前記逆止弁(13)を前記切替装置(12)により開放位置へ切り替えることができるようになっており、これにより、凝縮水を前記接続開口(15)から前記逆止弁(13)を介して前記出口開口(14)を通じて導出させることができるようになっており、
コンプレッサ作動中は、前記圧力室(18)内の圧力に基づき、前記切替装置(12)と前記逆止弁(13)との間の作用結合は切り離され、
前記切替装置(12)と前記逆止弁(13)との間の作用結合が切り離されているときに、前記圧力室(18)内の圧力が規定値を上回ると、前記逆止弁(13)は、該逆止弁(13)に加えられる前記圧力室(18)内の圧力により、開放位置へ切替可能であることを特徴とする、水抜き弁。 - 前記圧力室(18)は前記切替装置(12)に対して、凝縮水流の上方に配置されたダイヤフラム(4)によりシールされている、請求項1記載の水抜き弁。
- 前記出口開口(14)に、ノズル(16)が配置されている、または凝縮水導出用の前記出口開口(14)は、前記接続開口(15)に比べてより小さな横断面を有している、請求項1または2記載の水抜き弁。
- 前記出口開口(14)の前記横断面は、コンプレッサ作動中の前記逆止弁(13)の閉鎖機能の故障時に、圧送能力損失が最高10%に制限されているように寸法設定されている、請求項3記載の水抜き弁。
- 前記クーラに通じる前記接続開口(15)に、フィルタスクリーン(11)が配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の水抜き弁。
- 前記切替装置(12)と前記逆止弁(13)とは、前記圧力室(18)内で互いに反対の側に位置するように配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の水抜き弁。
- 前記切替装置(12)と前記逆止弁(13)との間に作用結合を生ぜしめるプランジャ(10)が、前記圧力室内に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の水抜き弁。
- 前記切替装置(12)は、ばね部材(3)により予荷重を加えられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の水抜き弁。
