Description

Claims (12)
- スポーツシューズの第1の構成要素および第2の構成要素を接合する方法であって、前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素は、(a)シューズアッパーおよびミッドソール、(b)シューズアッパーおよびヒールキャップ、または(c)ミッドソールおよびアウトソールであり、前記方法は、
a.(i)少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分を有する透過性のパターン要素、または(ii)少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非反射性の部分を有する反射性のパターン要素を提供するステップと、
b.(i)前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素のうちの少なくとも一方と熱放射の熱源との間に前記透過性のパターン要素を配設し、前記透過性のパターン要素を介して、前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素の前記少なくとも一方の表面領域の一部に前記熱放射を照射するステップであって、前記照射された前記表面領域の前記一部は、活性化され、粘着性になる、ステップ、または、(ii)熱源からの熱放射が、前記反射性のパターン要素により反射され、前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素のうちの少なくとも一方に向かうように、前記反射性のパターン要素を配設し、前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素の前記少なくとも一方の表面領域の一部に前記熱放射を照射するステップであって、前記照射された前記表面領域の前記一部は、活性化され、粘着性になる、ステップと、
c.前記照射された前記表面領域の前記一部にて、前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素を接合するステップであって、前記透過性のパターン要素および前記反射性のパターン要素は前記スポーツシューズを構成しない、ステップと
を含む前記方法。 - d.前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分を、前記透過性のパターン要素の上に堆積させるステップ、および
e.前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分を前記透過性のパターン要素から取り除くステップ
のうちの少なくとも一方をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - ステップdが、以下の方法:付加的製造法、インクジェット印刷法、レーザープリンタ法、およびレーザートナー法のうちの少なくとも1種によって実施される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン要素の厚さが、0.1mmから6cmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン要素が、前記熱放射に対して透過性であるガラスプレートで構成され、前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分が前記ガラスプレートに形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反射性のパターン要素が鏡で構成され、前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非反射性の部分が前記鏡に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分または前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非反射性の部分が、少なくとも1つの3D形状を形成する複数の層で構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱源が、少なくとも1つの赤外線放射源であり、前記熱放射が、赤外線放射である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分または前記少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非反射性の部分が、粉末、顆粒、固体粒子を含む液体、固体粒子を含まない液体、および乳濁液のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- シューズアッパーである前記第1の構成要素と、ミッドソールである前記第2の構成要素とを接合する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を含む、スポーツシューズを製造する方法。
- 少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非透過性の部分を含む透過性のパターン要素であって、前記非透過性の部分は、熱放射を吸収および/または反射する部分であり、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法における熱放射によって照射されるように適合されている、前記透過性のパターン要素。
- 少なくとも1つの取り外し可能で非反射性の部分を含む反射性のパターン要素であって、前記非反射性の部分は、熱放射を吸収する部分であり、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法における熱放射によって照射されるように適合されている、前記反射性のパターン要素。
