Description
また、飽和脂肪酸は、アルコールに比べて反応性が弱いため、特許文献1の実施例2に記載されるように、230℃以上の高温で反応を行う必要があっため、ナノ銀粒子の有機被覆を分解する温度が高温化するといった問題を有していた。
<比較例1〜4>
比較例1〜4は、表1に示すモル比Mf/Msでドデカン酸と炭酸銀が投入されており、炭酸銀の投入温度は155℃である。
Claims (3)
- 1価アルコールに炭酸銀と脂肪酸を分散及び/又は溶解させた分散液(但し、脂肪族アミンを含むものを除く)を加熱して反応させるナノ銀粒子製造方法であり、
前記炭酸銀のモル数をMs、前記脂肪酸のモル数をMfとしたとき、Mf/Msが2.5以上であることを特徴とするナノ銀粒子製造方法。 - 前記1価アルコールの炭素数が6以上であり、前記脂肪酸がドデカン酸である請求項1に記載のナノ銀粒子製造方法。
- 炭素数が6以上の1価アルコールに炭酸銀と炭素数が6以上の飽和脂肪酸を分散及び/又は溶解させた分散液(但し、脂肪族アミンを含むものを除く)を目標温度100℃〜200℃の範囲で加熱して反応させて得られ、前記炭酸銀のモル数をMs、前記脂肪酸のモル数をMfとしたときのMf/Msが2.5以上であるナノ銀粒子であり、前記ナノ銀粒子の質量比が10wt%となるようシクロヘキサン溶媒に投入して分散液を作製したとき、下記条件にて測定される前記分散液における上澄みのナノ銀粒子濃度が5wt%以上であることを特徴とするナノ銀粒子。
条件:前記ナノ銀粒子の質量比が10wt%となるようシクロヘキサン溶媒に投入して30秒間撹拌し、5時間静置したたとき、沈殿せずに上澄みに分散するナノ銀粒子の濃度を乾燥重量から測定する。
