Claims (8)
- 負極、正極、及び前記負極と前記正極との間に介在された分離膜を含む電極組立体であって、
前記負極は、一端部に負極タブが備えられた負極集電体、及び前記負極集電体の少なくとも一面に形成された負極活物質層を含み、
前記負極活物質層の表面に導電材及び高分子バインダーを含む導電材コーティング層が備えられ、
前記導電材コーティング層は、前記負極タブと所定距離離隔して相互重畳しないように形成され、
前記導電材は、炭素繊維、カーボンナノチューブ、金属粉末、導電性金属酸化物、および有機導電材のうち少なくとも一種である
電極組立体。 - 前記導電材コーティング層は、前記負極活物質層の対向する両端部から所定距離離隔して形成された
請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記導電材コーティング層と前記負極タブとの離隔距離は、前記負極タブが備えられた一端部から該一端部と対向する他の端部までの負極集電体の幅の5から10%である
請求項1または2に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記導電材コーティング層は、1から5μmの厚さを有する
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記導電材コーティング層は、分散剤をさらに含む
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電極組立体。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電極組立体を製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、
負極、正極及び分離膜を用意する段階、
前記負極の表面に導電材スラリーを塗布する段階、
前記正極、前記負極及び前記分離膜を、前記負極と前記正極との間に前記分離膜が介在されるように積層して積層構造体を用意する段階、及び
前記積層構造体をラミネートして電極組立体を製造する段階
を含む
電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記導電材スラリーは、負極集電体の端部からそれぞれ所定距離離隔して塗布される
請求項6に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記ラミネートして電極組立体を製造する段階は、50から150℃の温度及び1から10kgf/cm2の圧力で行われる
請求項6または7に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
