Claims (6)
- 試験体を収容するハウジングと、該ハウジングと熱的に接続され、該ハウジングを加熱する加熱装置と、前記ハウジングの内部に挿入可能な管状体と、該管状体内に注入される試験溶液である液状体と、前記液状体にて処理する前と前記液状体処理後の前記試験体を観察する光学顕微鏡観察機能と、前記試験体と電気的に接続される作用極用回路と前記液状体と接触している参照電極と前記液状体と接触している作用極の対極とを有する電気化学測定部と、を備え、
前記電気化学測定部が、前記試験体が前記液状体と反応した結果生じる前記試験体の電気化学的特性を測定し、
前記管状体は、前記ハウジングに収容された前記試験体の試験領域に、前記液状体を接触させるための管状部材であり、前記管状体の端面が、前記光学顕微鏡観察機能の観察面に対して直交方向から、前記ハウジングの内部に挿入可能であり、
前記管状体の先端部の端面が、前記試験体に当接されることによって封止される電気化学計測装置。 - 前記ハウジングの内部温度を、前記電気化学計測装置の外部環境の温度超前記液状体の沸点未満の温度範囲に昇温を制御する加熱装置制御手段が、さらに設けられている請求項1に記載の電気化学計測装置。
- 前記管状体の端面の周方向に沿って、弾性部材が設けられている請求項1または2に記載の電気化学計測装置。
- 前記弾性部材が、前記試験体に対するシール手段であり、前記弾性部材の設けられている前記管状体の端面が、前記試験体に当接することによって封止される請求項3に記載の電気化学計測装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内部に、さらに、該内部の雰囲気を撹拌する撹拌装置が設けられている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学計測装置。
- 耐食性材料の耐食性評価用である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学計測装置。
