Claims (4)
- 試験片表面の任意の位置に選定された電極面と、2種類以上の絶縁物の組み合わせで構成され、該電極面を囲うように形成された電極面外周部の被覆と、該電極面を観察する水浸型の対物レンズを配置するために該電極面外周部の被覆上に形成された液溜部とを備え、液溜内の溶液中での該電極面の電気化学計測と光学顕微鏡観察を同時に行う電気化学計測用微小電極システムであって、該電極面の面積が0.0008cm2以下であり、該電極面外周部の被覆を構成する2種類以上の絶縁物の最大厚さが100μm以下であることを特徴とする、電気化学計測と光学顕微鏡観察を同時に行う電気化学計測用微小電極システム。
- 上記電極面外周部の被覆が粘着テープと硬化性樹脂で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の電気化学計測と光学顕微鏡観察を同時に行う電気化学計測用微小電極システム。
- 上記粘着テープが、幅200μm以下の間隔で対向しており、その間隙に上記硬化性樹脂が充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の電気化学計測と光学顕微鏡観察を同時に行う電気化学計測用微小電極システム。
- 試験片表面に上記粘着テープ貼り付け後の明度L*が60以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3記載の電気化学計測と光学顕微鏡観察を同時に行う電気化学計測用微小電極システム。
