Abstract
Description
図1に本発明の実施の形態にかかる電気化学計測用微小電極システムの概略構成図を示す。図1(a)は微小領域の電気化学計測のみを、図1(b)は微小領域の電気化学計測と電極面の顕微鏡観察とを同時に行う場合の例である。本発明の骨子は、材料表面の微小領域の電気化学計測を行う作用電極において、電極面積0.0003cm2以下であり、電極外周部に水滴との接触角が70度以下である親水性の有機化合物の被覆層を備え、その電気抵抗率が10MΩ・cm以上であることを特徴とする局部電気化学現象解析のための微小作用電極である。
