Description
Claims (5)
- 被検体に対して末広がりのビーム形状を有するX線を照射するX線照射器と、
前記被検体を透過した前記X線を検出して検出データを出力するX線検出素子と、
前記X線検出素子が出力した検出データから特定される、当該X線検出素子が検出したX線の透過領域に含まれる被検体部分の面密度と、当該検出データに応じて演算された単位面積とを乗算して素子単位質量を演算し、前記素子単位質量に基づき前記被検体の質量を演算する質量演算部と、
を備え、
前記単位面積は、前記X線検出素子が出力した検出データに基づいて演算された前記被検体部分の体厚に基づいて、前記X線検出素子の検出面と平行な面である仮想測定面の面積として演算される、
ことを特徴とするX線測定装置。 - 前記X線検出素子は複数設けられ、前記複数のX線検出素子が複数の前記検出データを出力し、
前記質量演算部は、前記X線検出素子毎に前記素子単位質量を演算し、前記複数のX線検出素子について演算した複数の素子単位質量の総和として前記被検体の質量を演算する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線測定装置。 - 前記単位面積は、前記被検体部分の体厚方向の中心位置に定義される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のX線測定装置。 - 前記X線検出素子が出力した検出データに基づいて演算された前記被検体部分の体厚が所定値以上である場合に、警告を出力する警告手段、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のX線測定装置。 - コンピュータを、
末広がりのビーム形状を有し被検体を透過したX線を検出したX線検出素子が出力した検出データから特定される、当該X線検出素子が検出したX線の透過領域に含まれる被検体部分の面密度と、当該検出データに応じて演算された単位面積とを乗算して素子単位質量を演算し、前記素子単位質量に基づき前記被検体の質量を演算する質量演算手段、
として機能させ、
前記単位面積は、前記X線検出素子が出力した検出データに基づいて演算された前記被検体部分の体厚に基づいて、前記X線検出素子の検出面と平行な面である仮想測定面の面積として演算される、
ことを特徴とするX線測定プログラム。
