Description
− 中間層を介して互いに結合している、1個の外部ペイン及び1個の内部ペイン、並びに、
− その長さに沿ってその側壁を介して拡散によって光を射出するのに適している、少なくとも1個の光拡散性ガラス繊維、
ここで、ガラス繊維が、少なくとも部分的に、中間層と外部ペインの間に、かつ/又は、中間層と内部ペインの間に配置されている。
− 本発明に係る複合ペイン、及び
− 光をガラス繊維に結合するための点灯手段。
(a) ガラス繊維、中間層、内側表面IIを有している外部ペイン、及び、外側表面IIIを有している内部ペインを準備すること、
(b) ガラス繊維を、中間層に、外部ペインの内側表面IIに、又は内部ペインの外側表面IIIに配置すること、
(c) 中間層を、外部ペインと内部ペインの間に配置すること、
(d) 外部ペインの内側表面IIを、中間層を介して、積層加工によって、内部ペインの外側表面IIIに結合させること。
(a)ガラス繊維4、熱可塑性中間層3、内側表面IIを有している外部ペイン1、及び、外側表面IIIを有している内部ペイン2を準備すること;
(b)ガラス繊維4を、中間層3に、外部ペイン1の内側表面IIに、又は内部ペイン2の外側表面IIIに、配置すること;
(c)中間層3を、外部ペイン1と内部ペイン2の間に配置すること;
(d)外部ペイン1の内側表面IIを、中間層3を介して、積層加工によって、内部ペイン2の外側表面IIIに結合させること。
本発明の態様は、以下のとおりである:

〈態様2〉
前記ガラス繊維(4)が、前記中間層(3)の1つの表面に埋め込まれている、態様1に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
〈態様3〉
前記ガラス繊維(4)が、固定手段(5)によって、前記中間層(3)、前記外部ペイン(1)、及び/又は前記内部ペイン(2)に結合されており、かつ、前記固定手段(5)が、好ましくは透明である、態様1又は2に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
〈態様4〉
前記固定手段(5)が、接着手段(11)であり、好ましくは片面接着テープ(12)又は両面接着テープ(13)である、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
〈態様5〉
前記接着手段(11)が、接着性物質、好ましくはアクリレート接着剤、メチルメチルアクリレート接着剤、シアノアクリレート接着剤、ポリエポキシド、シリコーン接着剤、及び/又はシラン架橋ポリマー性接着剤、それらの混合物及び/又はそれらのコポリマーを含有している、態様4に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
〈態様6〉
前記固定手段(5)が、コード(14)であり、好ましくは、透明コード、特に好ましくはプラスチックコード、特にはナイロン(商標)コードである、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
〈態様7〉
以下を有している、複合ペイン装置(100):
− 態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)、及び
− 前記ガラス繊維(4)に光を結合するための点灯装置(20)。
〈態様8〉
前記点灯手段(20)が、少なくとも1個のレーザーダイオード、又は少なくとも1個の発光ダイオードを有している、態様7に記載の複合ペイン装置(100)。
〈態様9〉
態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)を製造するための、少なくとも以下を有している方法:
(a)ガラス繊維(4)、熱可塑性中間層(3)、内側表面(II)を有している外部ペイン(1)、及び、外側表面(III)を有している内部ペイン(2)を準備すること、
(b)前記ガラス繊維(4)を、前記中間層(3)に、前記外部ペイン(1)の前記内側表面(II)に、又は前記内部ペイン(2)の前記外側表面(III)に配置すること、
(c)前記外部ペイン(1)と前記内部ペイン(2)の間に前記中間層(3)を配置すること、
(d)前記外部ペイン(1)の前記内側表面(II)を、積層加工によって、前記中間層(3)を介して前記内部ペイン(2)の前記外側表面(III)に結合させること。
〈態様10〉
前記工程(b)において、前記ガラス繊維(4)を、前記中間層(3)の表面に、局所的な加熱によって、かつ/又は加圧によって埋め込む、態様9に記載の方法。
〈態様11〉
前記加熱が、加熱要素、好ましくははんだごて、加熱されている圧力ローラ、加熱プレート、特には平坦な鉄、又は高温空気の流れによって行われる、態様10に記載の方法。
〈態様12〉
前記工程(b)において、前記ガラス繊維(4)を、少なくとも1個の固定手段(5)によって、前記中間層(3)、前記外部ペイン(1)の前記内側面(II)、及び/又は前記内部ペイン(2)の前記外側面(III)に、好ましくは接着手段(11)によって、特に好ましくは、液体接着性物質によって、片面接着テープ(12)によって、又は両面接着テープ(13)によって、結合させる、態様9又は10に記載の方法。

態様7又は8に記載の複合ペイン装置(100)における点灯手段(20)の、前記点灯手段それ自体の作用ではない電気的な機能の特定のための、好ましくは、加熱機能及び/若しくは前記複合ペイン(10)の動き、好ましくはサイドウィンドウの開け閉めの特定のための、位置の特定のための、警告機能としての、若しくは他の伝達のための、特には、建物若しくは車両のドア及び/若しくはウィンドウの施錠若しくは開錠を示すための、又は、帰宅機能及び/若しくは外出機能としての、使用。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも以下を有している、複合ペイン(10):
− 中間層(3)を介して互いに結合している、外部ペイン(1)及び内部ペイン(2)、並びに
− その長さに沿ってその側壁を介して拡散によって光を放射するために適している、少なくとも1つの光拡散性ガラス繊維(4)、
ここで、前記ガラス繊維(4)が、少なくとも部分的に、前記中間層(3)と前記外部ペイン(1)との間に、かつ/又は、前記中間層(3)と前記内部ペイン(2)との間に配置されており、かつ前記光拡散性ガラス繊維(4)が、光を前記ガラス繊維に結合するための点灯手段に、前記光拡散性ガラス繊維(4)の1つの末端面を介して連結されるように、適合されている。 - 前記ガラス繊維(4)が、前記中間層(3)の1つの表面に埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記ガラス繊維(4)が、固定手段(5)によって、前記中間層(3)、前記外部ペイン(1)、及び/又は前記内部ペイン(2)に結合されており、かつ、前記固定手段(5)が、好ましくは透明である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記固定手段(5)が、接着手段(11)であり、好ましくは片面接着テープ(12)又は両面接着テープ(13)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記接着手段(11)が、接着性物質、好ましくはアクリレート接着剤、メチルメチルアクリレート接着剤、シアノアクリレート接着剤、ポリエポキシド、シリコーン接着剤、及び/又はシラン架橋ポリマー性接着剤、それらの混合物及び/又はそれらのコポリマーを含有している、請求項4に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記固定手段(5)が、コード(14)であり、好ましくは、透明コード、特に好ましくはプラスチックコード、特にはナイロン(商標)コードである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 以下を有している、複合ペイン装置(100):
− 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)、及び
− 前記ガラス繊維(4)に光を結合するための点灯手段(20)。 - 前記点灯手段(20)が、少なくとも1個のレーザーダイオード、又は少なくとも1個の発光ダイオードを有している、請求項7に記載の複合ペイン装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)を製造するための、少なくとも以下を有している方法:
(a)ガラス繊維(4)、熱可塑性中間層(3)、内側表面(II)を有している外部ペイン(1)、及び、外側表面(III)を有している内部ペイン(2)を準備すること、
(b)前記ガラス繊維(4)を、前記中間層(3)に、前記外部ペイン(1)の前記内側表面(II)に、又は前記内部ペイン(2)の前記外側表面(III)に配置すること、
(c)前記外部ペイン(1)と前記内部ペイン(2)の間に前記中間層(3)を配置すること、
(d)前記外部ペイン(1)の前記内側表面(II)を、積層加工によって、前記中間層(3)を介して前記内部ペイン(2)の前記外側表面(III)に結合させること。 - 前記工程(b)において、前記ガラス繊維(4)を、前記中間層(3)の表面に、局所的な加熱によって、かつ/又は加圧によって埋め込む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱が、加熱要素、好ましくははんだごて、加熱されている圧力ローラ、加熱プレート、特には平坦な鉄、又は高温空気の流れによって行われる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)において、前記ガラス繊維(4)を、少なくとも1個の固定手段(5)によって、前記中間層(3)、前記外部ペイン(1)の前記内側面(II)、及び/又は前記内部ペイン(2)の前記外側面(III)に、好ましくは接着手段(11)によって、特に好ましくは、液体接着性物質によって、片面接着テープ(12)によって、又は両面接着テープ(13)によって、結合させる、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)において、少なくとも1個のコード(14)によって、前記ガラス繊維(4)を前記中間層(3)に結合させ、かつ、前記コード(14)によって、少なくとも2つの開口部(15)を通るループ形状で、前記ガラス繊維(4)及び前記中間層(3)を取り囲む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)又は請求項7又は8に記載の複合ペイン装置(100)の、陸上、空中、若しくは水上における移動のための輸送手段における、特には列車、船、及び自動車における、例えば、ウィンドシールド、リアウィンドウ、サイドペイン、及び/又はルーフパネルとしての使用、建物における、特にはアクセスエリア、ウィンドウエリア、ルーフエリア、又はファサードエリアにおける使用、家具及び電化製品における組み込み式構成要素としての使用。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の複合ペイン装置(100)における点灯手段(20)の、前記点灯手段それ自体の作用ではない電気的な機能の特定のための、好ましくは、加熱機能及び/若しくは前記複合ペイン(10)の動き、好ましくはサイドウィンドウの開け閉めの特定のための、位置の特定のための、警告機能としての、若しくは他の伝達のための、特には、建物若しくは車両のドア及び/若しくはウィンドウの施錠若しくは開錠を示すための、又は、帰宅機能及び/若しくは外出機能としての、使用。
