前記第一の複数の伸長部分および前記第二の複数の伸長部分は交差しており、第一の量の刺激から第二の量の刺激への変化に応答して第一状態と第二状態との間で変化可能であるとともに、第1円形部分に近接する部分の先端が長い大きな方向付け部分と第2円形部分に近接する部分の先端が短い小さな方向付け部分とを有する、膨張格子状構造を形成する、衣服。 - 請求項6記載の衣服において、前記第一の複数の伸長部分に含まれる伸長部分が互いに実質的に平行に配置されており、前記第二の複数の伸長部分に含まれる伸長部分が互いに実質的に平行に配置されている、衣服。
- 請求項6記載の衣服において、
前記第一状態では、前記第一の複数の伸長部分が第一の長さを有し、
前記第二状態では、前記第一の複数の伸長部分が前記第一の長さよりも長い第二の長さを有する、衣服。 - 衣服の製造方法であって、
キャリア材料を有し、第一の刺激量から第二の刺激量への刺激変化に対して形状的に応答する第一の複数の伸長動的材料部分を物理的に組み込む工程と、
前記キャリア材料を有する第二の複数の伸長動的材料部分を、前記第一の伸長動的材料部分および前記第二の伸長動的材料部分が交差するとともに、第1円形部分に近接する部分の先端が長い大きな方向付け部分と第2円形部分に近接する部分の先端が短い小さな方向付け部分とを有する、膨張格子状構造を形成するように物理的に組み込む工程と、を備え、
前記膨張格子状構造がX−Y面に延在しており、前記第一の刺激量から第二の刺激量への刺激変化に応答して前記第一の伸長動的材料部分がX方向に伸びるときに前記膨張格子状構造が第一状態と第二状態との間で変化可能である、衣服の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の衣服の製造方法において、
前記物理的に組み込む工程が、スクリーン印刷または積層を含み、前記第一および第二の複数の伸長動的材料部分が前記キャリア材料の表面にスクリーン印刷されるかまたは積層される、衣服の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の衣服の製造方法において、
前記物理的に組み込む工程が、前記第一および第二の複数の伸長動的材料部分の前記キャリア材料への織り込み、編み込み、またはその組み合わせを含む、衣服の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の衣服の製造方法において、
前記膨張格子状構造が、動的材料のシートをレーザー、金型、またはナイフによりされたものである、衣服の製造方法。
