Claims (6)
- 複数の電池セルが配列された電池モジュールの前記電池セル毎の電池状態を監視し、その監視結果に基づいてそれぞれの前記電池セルを制御する監視制御部と、
前記監視制御部を収容する収容部材と、
を備え、
前記監視制御部は、回路基板と、前記回路基板における前記電池モジュール側の一方の実装面に実装され、通電に伴い発熱する発熱源と、を有し、
前記収容部材は、前記発熱源と前記電池モジュールとの間に介在する壁体と、前記壁体に設け、前記電池モジュールにおける隣り合う前記電池セルの間の隙間から流出した空気を前記収容部材の収容室における前記回路基板の前記一方の実装面側に流入させて前記発熱源に当接させる空気導入孔と、前記発熱源に当接して通過した前記収容室の空気を前記回路基板の他方の実装面側で前記収容室の外に排出させる排出孔と、を有し、
前記回路基板は、前記発熱源に当接した空気を前記収容室における前記回路基板の前記他方の実装面側に導く貫通孔を有することを特徴とした電池監視装置。 - 前記発熱源は、前記電池モジュールにおける隣り合う前記電池セルの間の隙間の空気を流出させる流出口に対向配置することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記電池モジュールにおける隣り合う前記電池セルの間の隙間から流出した空気を前記発熱源まで案内するガイド部を設けることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記排出孔は、前記監視制御部に接続されている電線を前記収容室の外に引き出すための孔であることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記発熱源は、隣り合う前記電池セルの間の隙間を前記電池モジュールが複数箇所に有する場合、全ての前記隙間の内、前記電池セルの配列方向における端部側の隙間に対向配置させることを特徴とした請求項1から4の内の何れか1つに記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記監視制御部は、前記電池セル毎の放電抵抗を前記発熱源として有し、前記監視結果に基づき放電対象となった前記電池セルの前記放電抵抗に通電することで、全ての前記電池セルの電池容量を均等化させることを特徴とした請求項1から5の内の何れか1つに記載の電池監視装置。
