- 直流電源部から出力される直流電力の脈流を平滑する平滑部と、
前記平滑部による平滑後の直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータ部と、
を備え、
前記平滑部は、前記インバータ部の入力端間に直接又は一対のブスバーを介して並列接続された内部インダクタスが異なる複数のコンデンサを含み、前記インバータ部の入力端間における導電路長が短いコンデンサほど内部インダクタンスが小さい誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項1記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
前記複数のコンデンサは、外形寸法が異なる同種のコンデンサであって、前記インバータ部の入力端間における導電路長が短いコンデンサほど外形寸法が小さい誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
前記複数のコンデンサは、フィルムコンデンサ又はセラミックコンデンサである誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
前記複数のコンデンサのうち内部インダクタンスが最も小さいコンデンサは前記インバータ部の入力端間に直接接続されている誘導加熱用電源装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の誘導加熱用電源装置であって、
前記平滑部は、前記複数のコンデンサの各々の静電容量よりも大きい静電容量を有し、一対の電線を介して前記複数のコンデンサと並列接続される一つ以上の大容量コンデンサをさらに含む誘導加熱用電源装置。
