Claims (14)
- センサ保持体に取付ける絶縁性のベースフィルムと、前記ベースフィルムに設ける電極層とを有する電極フィルムを備える静電容量センサにおいて、
前記ベースフィルムは、前記センサ保持体の曲面部の曲面形状に沿って積層する複数の島部と、前記曲面部に沿って複数の前記島部どうしを繋ぐ橋部とを有する1つ以上の島橋状伸長部を有しており、
前記電極層は、前記島部に設ける島部電極層と、前記橋部に設ける橋部電極層とを有することを特徴とする静電容量センサ。 - 前記島橋状伸長部には、前記島部と前記橋部を交互に直列に配置した形態を有する
請求項1記載の静電容量センサ。 - 前記島橋状伸長部には、前記島部から複数の前記橋部が分岐し並列に配置した形態を有する
請求項1または請求項2記載の静電容量センサ。 - 前記電極フィルムは、前記電極層と外部機器とを導通接続する端子部を有する
請求項1〜請求項3何れか1項記載の静電容量センサ。 - 前記橋部は、前記島部よりも幅が狭い細帯形状である
請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載の静電容量センサ。 - 前記複数の島部は、異なる大きさの複数種類からなる
請求項1〜請求項5何れか1項記載の静電容量センサ。 - 前記電極層は、導電膜層と金属配線とから形成されており、
前記金属配線は、前記端子部から連続し前記島部電極層の外縁を縁取るように設けられている

請求項1〜請求項9何れか1項記載の静電容量センサ。 - 前記島部のうち最も大きな前記島部と最も小さな前記島部のそれぞれの最大幅の比が3:1〜10:1である
請求項1〜請求項11何れか1項記載の静電容量センサ。 - 複数の前記島橋状伸長部を有しており、各前記島橋状伸長部ごとにそれぞれ異なる静電容量の検知領域を形成する
