Claims (18)
- ガイドワイヤの長手軸に沿って延伸し、内部に空間を画定する内周面を有する管部と、
少なくとも一部が前記管部の前記空間内に取り付けられた生物学的圧力測定のために構成された圧力センサと、を備え、
前記管部は、前記管部の前記空間内に液体が入ることを可能にするように構成された少なくとも1つの開口部を含み、
溶解性の親水性材料が前記管部の前記内周面および/または前記管部の前記空間内における前記圧力センサの表面の少なくとも1つにコーティングされていることを特徴とする生物学的圧力測定のためのガイドワイヤ。 - 前記圧力センサは圧力センサ膜を備え、前記親水性材料は前記圧力センサ膜の表面にコーティングされている請求項1記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記親水性材料は、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、カルボキシメチル・セルロース、ヒドロキシルプロピル・セルロース、多糖のうち少なくとも1つおよび/または塩からなる請求項1または2記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記親水性材料は、ポリエチレングリコールからなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記親水性材料は、20,000グラム/モルのポリエチレングリコールからなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記開口部は前記管部の内壁を貫通して延びる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記管部は、
前記管部の上側に位置する第1の遠位開口部と、
前記管部の右側に位置し、前記第1の遠位開口部から周方向右にオフセットした第2の遠位開口部と、
前記管部の左側に位置し、前記第1の遠位開口部から周方向左にオフセットした第3の遠位開口部と、を含むちょうど3つの遠位開口部を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のガイドワイヤ。 - 前記管部は、
前記管部の上側に位置する第1の近位開口部と、
前記管部の右側に位置し、前記第1の近位開口部から周方向右にオフセットした第2の近位開口部と、
前記管部の左側に位置し、前記第1の近位開口部から周方向左にオフセットした第3の近位開口部と、を含むちょうど3つの近位開口部を有する請求項7記載のガイドワイヤ。 - 前記第1の遠位開口部は第2の遠位開口部より大きく、第3の遠位開口部より大きい請求項7記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 生物学的圧力測定のために構成されたガイドワイヤを提供し、前記ガイドワイヤは、
前記ガイドワイヤの長手軸に沿って延伸し、内部に空間を画定する内周面を有する管部と、
少なくとも一部が前記管部の前記空間内に取り付けられた生物学的圧力測定のために構成された圧力センサとを備え、
前記管部は、前記管部の前記空間内に食塩水が入ることを可能にするように構成された少なくとも1つの開口部を含み、
溶解性の親水性材料が、前記内周面および/または前記管部の前記空間内における前記圧力センサの表面の少なくとも1つにコーティングされ、
前記管部を食塩水に浸漬し、前記親水性材料を溶かして、前記食塩水の管部内の前記空間への流入を生じさせることを含むことを特徴とするガイドワイヤを準備する方法。 - 前記圧力センサは圧力センサ膜を備え、前記親水性材料は前記圧力センサ膜の表面にコーティングされる請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記親水性材料は、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、カルボキシメチル・セルロース、ヒドロキシルプロピル・セルロース、多糖のうち少なくとも1つおよび/または塩からなる請求項10又は11記載の方法。
- 前記親水性材料は、ポリエチレングリコールからなる請求項10〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記親水性材料は、20,000グラム/モルのポリエチレングリコールからなる請求項10〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
