Description
Claims (22)
- ブーム組立体であって、
直立アームを有する支持体と、
前記直立アーム間で実質的に水平な旋回軸を中心にスピンドルに軸支されたブームと
を備え、
前記スピンドルは前記直立アーム用の円形軸受部分と、前記ブーム用の円形ブーム部分と
を含み、
前記スピンドルの回転が前記直立アームに対して前記ブームをヨーで移動させるように前記ブーム部分は前記軸受部分に対して偏心している、ブーム組立体。 - 前記ブームは、それぞれの端部から中央に向かって内側にテーパーする円形の貫通孔を備え、前記スピンドルは、前記貫通孔のそれぞれの端部に1つずつ挿入可能な2つのプラグを含み、各プラグは、前記貫通孔のそれぞれのテーパーに一致する円形のテーパー部分と、それぞれの直立アームへの係合のための円形のピボット軸受部分とを有し、各プラグの前記テーパー部分は前記軸受部分に対して偏心している、請求項1に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記旋回軸上にあり且つ前記プラグを互いに結び付けるように適合されたねじ付き締結具を更に含む、請求項2に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記ねじ付き締結具は前記プラグを離すべく付勢するように適合される、請求項3に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記締結具は前記プラグの一方に拘束されている、請求項4に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記ねじ付き締結具は、前記プラグの一方のクリアランスホールを貫通し且つ前記プラグの他方の雌ねじ内に係合可能なボルトを含む、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記プラグは、外側のそれぞれの端面にペグスパナによる係合のための複数の止まり穴を含み、それによってその回転を可能にする、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体。
- 各プラグは、5〜15°の範囲の夾角を有するテーパー部分を有する、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記夾角は7〜8°の範囲にある、請求項8に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記夾角は7.5°である、請求項9に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記プラグのテーパー部分は0.5〜2mmの範囲の偏心を有する、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記偏心は0.8〜1.2mmの範囲にある、請求項11に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記偏心は1.0mmである、請求項12に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記プラグのテーパー部分は長さ又は夾角が実質的に同一である、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記テーパー部分の軸方向長さは70〜90mmの範囲にある、請求項14に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記円形軸受部分の直径は50〜70mmの範囲にある、請求項15に記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記軸受部分の最小軸方向長さは50mmである、請求項16記載のブーム組立体。
- 前記ブームは伸縮自在である、請求項2〜17のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体を有する自走式車両。
- 請求項2〜18のいずれか1項に記載のブーム組立体のヨー角を調整する方法であって、
前記ブームを前記直立アーム内に配置することと、
前記プラグを前記貫通孔にそれぞれの側からそれぞれの直立アームを通して挿入することであって、前記プラグのテーパー部分が前記貫通孔と摺動係合することと、
前記直立アームに対する前記ブームのヨー角を調整するために前記プラグの1つ以上を回転させることと、
前記プラグを前記貫通孔に対して回転不動にするために前記プラグを前記貫通孔とテーパーロック係合させることと
を含む方法。 - 前記プラグは、前記プラグを互いに結び付けるねじ付き締結具によってテーパーロック係合させられる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記プラグは、前記プラグの一方に拘束されたままのねじ付き締結具によってテーパーロック係合から外れるように付勢される、請求項20に記載の方法。
