Claims (14)
- 医療デバイスを配置するための配置カテーテルであり、

バルブである医療デバイスを受け入れるように構成された、前記カテーテルシャフトの遠位部分内の第1の空洞と、

近位ハンドルアセンブリとを備え、
前記安定化ワイヤの遠位端に配設された第2の空洞を備え、前記第2の空洞が少なくとも前記医療デバイスの一部を受け入るように構成され、前記医療デバイスの配置の間、前記カテーテルシャフトが前記安定化ワイヤに対し後退し、
前記近位ハンドルアセンブリは、
スリーブスライダおよび前記スリーブスライダと同軸上に配列されたスリーブスライダハウジングを備え、前記スリーブスライダが前記カテーテルシャフトに固定するように結合され、前記スリーブスライダハウジングが前記安定化ワイヤに固定するように結合され、前記スリーブスライダと前記スリーブスライダハウジングとの間の摺動摩擦を増加させるために前記スリーブスライダと前記スリーブスライダハウジングとの間に配設された摩擦部材を備えるか、または、
スリーブスライダおよび前記スリーブスライダと同軸上に配列されたスリーブスライダハウジングを備え、前記スリーブスライダが前記カテーテルシャフトに固定するように結合され、前記スリーブスライダハウジングが前記安定化ワイヤに固定するように結合され、前記スリーブスライダが前記安定化ワイヤの一部を取り囲む内部空洞を有し、前記安定化ワイヤと前記スリーブスライダとの間の摩擦を増加させるために、前記内部空洞の中で前記安定化ワイヤの少なくとも一部を取り囲む摩擦部材を備える、配置カテーテル。 - 前記編組は、金属材料またはポリマーからなる、請求項1記載の配置カテーテル。

- 前記ロケータマーキングは、黄色である、請求項7記載の配置カテーテル。
- 前記ロケータマーキングは、黄色着色バンド、および前記黄色着色バンドの両側に隣接して配設された2つの黒色着色バンドを備える、請求項7記載の配置カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルシャフトは、前記カテーテルシャフトの側壁に少なくとも1つの開口を有する、請求項1記載の配置カテーテル。
- 少なくとも1つの前記開口は、減菌ガスまたは減菌流体の前記カテーテルシャフトの前記内部管腔への通過を可能にする、請求項10記載の配置カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルシャフト内の前記第1の空洞の前記遠位端に配設され、装填される前記医療デバイスの少なくとも一部を収容可能である硬質の先端部をさらに備える、請求項1記載の配置カテーテル。
