Description
また、本発明に係るクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造は、加熱ブロックと、前記加熱ブロックを貫通して接続され、一端がノズルを有し、他端が一体に延び前記加熱ブロックから露出する延伸管を有するヘッド管と、前記延伸管に接続される接続管と、前記接続管に嵌合されるフィンスリーブ体と、を含み、前記接続管と前記延伸管とは、一体成形され、前記フィンスリーブ体を超えるように延伸する。

Claims (10)
- 加熱ブロックと、
前記加熱ブロックを貫通して接続され、一端がノズルを有し、他端が一体に延び前記加熱ブロックから露出する延伸管を有するヘッド管と、
前記延伸管に対して螺着することによって接続される接続管と、
前記接続管のみに嵌合されるフィンスリーブ体と、
を含むことを特徴とするクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。 - 加熱ブロックと、
前記加熱ブロックを貫通して接続され、一端がノズルを有し、他端が一体に延び前記加熱ブロックから露出する延伸管を有するヘッド管と、
前記延伸管に接続される接続管と、
前記接続管に嵌合されるフィンスリーブ体と、
を含み、
前記接続管と前記延伸管とは、一体成形され、前記フィンスリーブ体を超えるように延伸する
ことを特徴とするクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。 - 前記延伸管の外径は、前記ヘッド管の外径及び前記接続管の外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
- 前記加熱ブロックは、その内壁と前記延伸管との間に間隔を有するように前記延伸管の外周に対応して嵌合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
- 前記加熱ブロックの内周縁に第1の雌ねじが設けられ、前記ヘッド管の外周縁に第1の雄ねじが設けられ、前記第1の雌ねじと前記第1の雄ねじとが互いに螺着されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
- 前記ヘッド管と前記ノズルとの境目の外周縁に凸環ブロックが延在し、当該凸環ブロックにより前記加熱ブロックが抜け止められることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
- 前記接続管の外周縁に第2の雄ねじが設けられ、前記フィンスリーブ体の内周縁に第2の雌ねじが設けられ、前記第2の雄ねじと前記第2の雌ねじとが互いに螺着され、
前記第1の雄ねじの螺旋の巻く方向は、前記第2の雄ねじの螺旋の巻く方向と逆であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。 - 前記接続管の前記延伸管に隣接する一端の外周縁に環状リング部が延在し、当該環状リング部により前記フィンスリーブ体が抜け止められることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
- 前記延伸管の外周縁に第3の雄ねじが設けられ、前記接続管の内周縁に第3の雌ねじが設けられ、前記第3の雄ねじと前記第3の雌ねじとが互いに螺着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
- 前記ヘッド管は、ステンレス鋼材(SUS303)の材質で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクイックリリース機構付きヘッド構造。
