Description
出口側から離れる方のスリーブ及び本体の1区間(section)が円筒形となるように構成され、出口側の方を向いたスリーブ及び本体の1区間が円錐形となるようにテーパ化されるように構成され得る。本体に対してスリーブを着脱自在に締結するために、ねじ部が円筒形区間内に配置され得る。これに関連して、本体及びスリーブが互いに適合する形状を有するように構成され、その結果、本発明に従ってスリーブが本体に締結され得るようになる。
Claims (13)
- レーザ・ビームによる表面加工のための加工ヘッド(1)であって、
前記加工ヘッド(1)は、長手方向軸線(A)を有するレーザ・ビームのための貫通通路(2)と、少なくとも1つの粉末供給通路(3)と、前記加工ヘッド(1)を冷却するための冷却通路(4)とを有し、
前記加工ヘッド(1)は、少なくとも2つの部品で構成され、且つ単一部片の本体(5)と、前記単一部片の本体(5)に配置されるスリーブ(6)とを有し、
レーザの前記貫通通路(2)及び前記粉末供給通路(3)が前記単一部片の本体(5)内に構成され、
前記単一部片の本体(5)が少なくとも部分的に前記冷却通路(4)の第1の側壁(7)を形成し、また前記スリーブ(6)が少なくとも部分的に前記冷却通路(4)の第2の側壁(8)を形成し、
前記単一部片の本体(5)及び前記スリーブ(6)が、少なくとも所定の区間で、前記レーザ・ビームの出口側(10)へとテーパに、特に前記出口側に向かって円錐形のテーパに構成され、また
前記冷却通路(4)が少なくとも部分的に前記テーパ区間内に配置される
加工ヘッド(1)。 - 前記単一部片の本体(5)が、前記冷却通路(4)に冷却媒体を供給するため及び前記冷却通路(4)から冷却媒体を排出するための第1のフィード通路(13)及び第2のフィード通路(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記単一部片の本体(5)、前記スリーブ(6)及び任意選択のシール(9)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記冷却通路(4)が冷却コイル又は冷却スパイラルとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記冷却通路(4)が前記単一部片の本体(5)又は前記スリーブ(6)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記冷却通路(4)が前記単一部片の本体(5)及び前記スリーブ(6)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- シール(9)、特にシール・リングが、前記冷却通路(4)をシールするために、前記出口側(10)の方を向いた領域における前記単一部片の本体(5)の溝(19)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記冷却通路(4)が完全に前記テーパ区間内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記冷却通路(4)が、冷却媒体を供給するため及び/又は冷却媒体を取り除くための第1のフィード開口部(11)及び第2のフィード開口部(12)を有し、前記第1のフィード開口部(11)及び前記第2のフィード開口部(12)が前記長手方向軸線(A)に平行に互いに離間されて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記第1のフィード開口部(11)が前記第1のフィード通路(13)に流体連通され、前記第2のフィード開口部(12)が前記第2のフィード通路(14)に流体連通され、前記第1のフィード通路(13)及び/又は前記第2のフィード通路(14)は、少なくとも所定の区間で、前記長手方向軸線(A)に対して、前記粉末供給通路(3)が配置されているのと実質的に同様の傾斜角(B)で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2及び請求項9に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記冷却通路(4)が、レーザのための前記貫通通路(2)の、前記長手方向軸線(A)から離れた側に配置されること、特にレーザのための前記貫通通路の、前記少なくとも1つの粉末供給通路(3)から離れた側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(6)及び、特に前記単一部片の本体(5)が、300W/(m×K)を超える、好適には340W/(m×K)を超える、特に好適には380W/(m×K)を超える熱伝導率を有する材料から実質的に製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の加工ヘッド(1)を有する、レーザ・ビームによる表面加工のための加工ユニット(15)。
