電源の供給のためにデバイスの電池パック搭載部に装着される電池パックであって、
それぞれ複数の電池セルが配列されている二つ以上の電池モジュールアセンブリーが所定の間隔をおいて互いに離隔した状態で一面に搭載されるベースプレート(base plate)と、
前記電池モジュールアセンブリーを囲みながらベースプレートの一面上に装着されるカバー(cover)部材と、
前記ベースプレートに対するカバー部材の装着状態を支持しながら、電池モジュールアセンブリー間の離隔部位に位置する補強支持部材とを含んでおり、

Claims (22)
- 電源の供給のためにデバイスの電池パック搭載部に装着される電池パックであって、
それぞれ複数の電池セルが配列されている二つ以上の電池モジュールアセンブリーが所定の間隔をおいて互いに離隔した状態で一面に搭載されるベースプレート(base plate)と、
前記電池モジュールアセンブリーを囲みながらベースプレートの一面上に装着されるカバー(cover)部材と、
前記ベースプレートに対するカバー部材の装着状態を支持しながら、電池モジュールアセンブリー間の離隔部位に位置する補強支持部材と、を含んでおり、
前記電池パックは、前記カバー部材の外周面がデバイスの電池パック搭載部に対面した状態で装着され、
前記補強支持部材は、少なくとも二つ以上の支持部の間にコネクトビーム(connect beam)が連結された構造からなり、
前記電池パックが前記デバイスの下部に装着されることを特徴とする、電池パック。 - 前記カバー部材の外周面は、デバイスの電池パック搭載部の形状に対応する構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記カバー部材は、電池モジュールアセンブリーが外観上相互区分されるように、電池モジュールアセンブリー間の離隔空間に対応する部位が内側に湾入した構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記カバー部材が内側に湾入した部位の内周面に電池パック搭載部の一部が対面して結合されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックは、ベースプレートから挿入および結合される締結具によって電池パック搭載部に装着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記締結具は、ベースプレートから補強支持部材およびカバー部材を経由して電池パック搭載部に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記補強支持部材は、互いに対向する支持部の両面が、それぞれカバー部材の湾入した内周面部位、およびベースプレート上の電池モジュールアセンブリーの離隔部位に対面して結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記支持部は、カバー部材およびベースプレートに対面して結合される両面に締結具が結合される第1締結孔が貫通構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記支持部の第1締結孔に対応するカバー部材の部位およびベースプレートの部位には、それぞれ第2締結孔および第3締結孔が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 締結具は、ベースプレートからこれに対向するカバー部材側に前記締結孔を通して挿入および結合された状態で、一側端部がカバー部材から突出して、デバイスの電池パック搭載部に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記締結具がカバー部材から突出した高さは、支持部の高さに対して10%乃至90%の大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記支持部は、ベースプレートおよびカバー部材に対面して結合される両面部位に水密用ガスケットが介在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記水密用ガスケットは、支持部の締結孔に対応する部位が貫通している構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記水密用ガスケットの素材は合成ゴム、天然ゴム、シリコーン樹脂、およびPVC(Polyvinyl Chloride)からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記合成ゴムはスチレン‐ブタジエンゴム、ポリクロロプレンゴム、ニトリルゴム、ブチルゴム、ブタジエンゴム、イソプレンゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、多硫化物系ゴム、シリコーンゴム、フルオロ系ゴム、ウレタンゴム、およびアクリルゴムからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ベースプレートの一面にはそれぞれの電池モジュールアセンブリーが搭載されるための搭載空間が湾入した構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記搭載空間が湾入した深さは、前記電池モジュールアセンブリーの流動を防止できるように、電池モジュールアセンブリーの搭載方向に対応する高さを基準に10%乃至50%の大きさで形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の電池パック。
- それぞれの電池モジュールアセンブリーは、一側の外周辺の長さが残りの外周辺の長さに比べて相対的に大きい直六面体構造で形成されており、前記二つ以上の電池モジュールアセンブリーは、各電池モジュールアセンブリーの前記一側の外周辺が他の電池モジュールアセンブリーの前記一側の外周辺に対面する状態でベースプレート上に搭載されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 一つの電池モジュールアセンブリーを構成する電池セルはそれぞれ直列に連結されており、モジュールアセンブリー集合体を構成するそれぞれの電池モジュールアセンブリーは並列に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルはリチウム2次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、またはプラグインハイブリッド電気自動車からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載のデバイス。
