Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルを備える電池モジュールアセンブリと、
前記電池モジュールアセンブリが上面に搭載されるトレイ(tray)アセンブリと、
前記電池モジュールアセンブリを内蔵した状態でトレイアセンブリの上面における外周辺部位がトレイアセンブリの外周辺部位と対面結合されるカバー(cover)部材と、
前記対面結合されるトレイアセンブリの外周辺部位とカバー部材の外周辺部位との間に介在される密封用ガスケット(gasket)と、
を備えており、
前記トレイアセンブリの外周辺部位、カバー部材の外周辺部位及びガスケットのそれぞれには第1の締結部材が嵌入できるように互いに連通される複数の締付口が穿孔されており、
前記トレイアセンブリに穿孔されている締付口の下部には、第1の締結部材と結合される少なくとも一つ以上の第2の締結部材が位置し、
前記第2の締結部材は、その一方の端部がトレイアセンブリの締付口を貫通してトレイアセンブリの外周辺部位の上面に突出して延びているガスケット圧縮リミッタ(gasket compression limiter)を備えており、
前記ガスケット圧縮リミッタは、ガスケットの締付口に嵌入し、ガスケット圧縮リミッタの外周面の直径は、第1の締結部材の外周面の直径よりも相対的に大きく、前記ガスケット圧縮リミッタの外周面の直径は、前記第1の締結部材の外周面の直径の100%~110%の大きさになっており、
前記ガスケットの締付口の内周面と前記ガスケット圧縮リミッタとは、直接的に接触されていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記ガスケット圧縮リミッタは、ガスケットの締付口の内周面に隣り合うガスケットの上面の一部の部位を包む構造になっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケット圧縮リミッタがトレイアセンブリの上面から突出されている高さは、ガスケットの厚さに対して50%~95%の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケット圧縮リミッタの外周面の直径は、ガスケットの締付口の内周面の直径に等しい大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2の締結部材は、トレイアセンブリの下面部におけるトレイアセンブリの締付口に対応する部位に溶接結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1の締結部材及び第2の締結部材は、それぞれボルト及びナットであり、前記第2の締結部材は、カバー部材の上面におけるカバー部材の外周辺部位、ガスケット及びトレイアセンブリの外周辺部位にそれぞれ穿孔された締付口を貫通する第1の締結部材と螺合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記トレイアセンブリの外周辺部位の上面に対面するガスケットの一面には複数の締結突起が形成されており、トレイアセンブリの外周辺部位の上面における前記締結突起に対応する部位には締結突起が嵌合するための複数の締結溝が穿孔されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記締結突起は、末端部位がトレイアセンブリの外周辺部位の上面に向かって幅が狭くなるテーパー構造に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケットは、リング状の1単位部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガスケットの素材は、合成ゴム、天然ゴム、シリコン及びポリビニルポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1に記載の電池パックを備えることを特徴とするデバイス。
