Claims (4)
- タイヤ表面を成型する成型面を有する成型部材と、前記成型部材に設けられ金型内部と金型外部とを連通するプラグ取付け孔と、前記プラグ取付け孔に嵌合されたベントプラグとを備え、前記ベントプラグが、筒状で内径側に金型内部から金型外部への通気孔を有するハウジングと、前記ハウジングの内径側に挿入され前記通気孔を開閉するステムとを備え、前記ハウジングの前記通気孔を形成する面のうち前記成型面から連続する面が、前記通気孔の閉塞時に前記ステムと接触する接触面であるタイヤ加硫成型金型において、
前記接触面に沿って、前記成型面から前記ハウジングの深さ方向に延びるゴムの誘導凹溝が設けられた、タイヤ加硫成型金型。 - 前記接触面に沿って、前記誘導凹溝と交わって周状に延びる周状凹溝が設けられた、請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫成型金型。
- 前記周状凹溝の前記接触面に垂直な方向の深さが、前記ベントプラグの開放状態における前記接触面と前記ステムとの前記接触面に垂直な方向の距離より浅い、請求項2に記載のタイヤ加硫成型金型。
- 前記周状凹溝が、前記ベントプラグの軸方向の断面上で、開口端よりも底部において幅の狭い形状である、請求項2又は3に記載のタイヤ加硫成型金型。
