(2)無効電力制御モード
(3)フリッカー補償モード
(4)電圧不平衡モード
電圧制御モードは、受電端11に供給される電力を一定の状態に維持する制御モードである。例えば、無効電力量が増加すれば、受電端11に供給される電力の電圧が降下(drop)される。このような場合は、電圧制御モードに駆動されて受電端11に供給される電力の電圧を増加することで、電圧が降下される以前の電圧に維持することができる。
(2)直撃雷、誘導雷などによる雷害による雷サージ又は誘導サージ
(3)搬送機械による電動機などの頻繁な接触機の開閉
(4)短絡、地絡による故障時の大電流及びその遮断
(5)変圧器の励磁突入電流による開閉器の開閉動作
(6)インバーターによる開閉時間が極めて短くて電圧変化量が急変
フリッカー補償モードに駆動される場合は、△V(例えば、△10)基準値で無効電力量が計算されて、その計算された無効電力量に基づいて無効電力が補償されてもよい。△10である場合は、通常1時間の間の電圧変動を10Hzのサイズに換算することで、フリッカーのサイズや発生回数が算出されてもよい。

Claims (7)
- 無効電力を補償する無効電力補償部;
各負荷の個々のインピーダンス値を測定するインピーダンス測定部;及び
制御部を含み、
前記制御部は、
作動中の負荷の数、又は各負荷の配置場所の温度に対応する環境変化に応じた各負荷の個々のインピーダンスの変化量を前記測定された各負荷の個々のインピーダンス値に基づいてモニタリングし、
前記モニタリングされた各負荷の個々のインピーダンスの変化量に基づいて、
電圧制御モード、無効電力制御モード、フリッカー補償モード及び電圧不平衡モードの中から一つの最適制御モードを決定し、
前記決定された最適制御モードにより前記無効電力補償部を制御するための制御信号を生成する、無効電力補償システム。 - 前記最適制御モードが無効電力制御モードであるかフリッカー補償モードである場合は、前記制御信号が前記無効電力補償部の無効電力補償のため前記無効電力補償部に提供される請求項1に記載の無効電力補償システム。
- 前記最適制御モードが電圧制御モードである場合は、前記制御信号は、供給端の電力の電圧を増加するため前記供給端に伝送される請求項1に記載の無効電力補償システム。
- 前記最適制御モードは、学習制御アルゴリズムを用いて決定される請求項1に記載の無効電力補償システム。
- 各負荷の個々のインピーダンス値を測定する段階;
負荷の数、又は環境変化による各負荷の個々のインピーダンスの変化量を前記測定された各負荷の個々のインピーダンス値に基づいてモニタリングする段階;
前記モニタリングされた各負荷の個々のインピーダンスの変化量に基づいて、電圧制御モード、無効電力制御モード、フリッカー補償モード及び電圧不平衡モードの中から一つの最適制御モードを決定する段階;及び
前記決定された最適制御モードによる無効電力補償部の制御により無効電力を補償するための制御信号を生成する段階を含む無効電力補償方法。 - 前記最適制御モードは、学習制御アルゴリズムを用いて決定される請求項5に記載の無効電力補償方法。
- 前記学習制御アルゴリズムは、ファジー、ニューラル、カオス及び人工知能の中の一つである請求項6に記載の無効電力補償方法。
