Claims (10)
- バルブ機構で使用するための易壊プラグであって、前記易壊プラグは、
第一端部を有する第一セクションと、第二端部を有する反対側の第二セクションと、前記第一と第二端部との間に延在する円筒状の側壁と、
前記第一セクションが前記反対側の第二セクションから破断するように前記易壊プラグの円筒状側壁に力を加えるための手段と、を含み、前記円筒状側壁に力を加えるための前記手段は、前記側壁の外周の周りで円周方向に延在し、
前記易壊プラグの円筒状側壁に力を加えるための前記手段は、形状記憶合金アクチュエータであり、前記形状記憶合金アクチュエータは、1つあるいは複数の形状記憶合金ワイヤを含み、前記1つあるいは複数の前記形状記憶合金ワイヤが、前記易壊プラグの側壁に隣接する点で相互に圧着または溶接されている、易壊プラグ。 - 前記易壊プラグの円筒状側壁に力を加えるための前記手段は、熱を加えることで動作する、請求項1に記載の易壊プラグ。
- バルブ機構で使用するための易壊プラグであって、前記易壊プラグは、
第一端部を有する第一セクションと、第二端部を有する反対側の第二セクションと、前記第一と第二端部との間に延在する円筒状の側壁と、
前記第一セクションが前記反対側の第二セクションから破断するように前記易壊プラグの円筒状側壁に力を加えるための手段と、を含み、前記円筒状側壁に力を加えるための前記手段は、前記側壁の外周の周りで円周方向に延在し、
前記易壊プラグの円筒状側壁に力を加えるための前記手段は、形状記憶合金アクチュエータであり、前記形状記憶合金アクチュエータは、1つあるいは複数の形状記憶合金ワイヤを含み、前記形状記憶合金アクチュエータは、更に1つあるいは複数の二次的合金ワイヤを備える、易壊プラグ。 - 溝が前記側壁に形成され、前記形状記憶合金アクチュエータが前記溝内に位置している、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の易壊プラグ。
- 前記易壊プラグは、更に、
前記プラグの第二端部に開放端を有する凹部を備え、
前記プラグは予め決められた破断面を含み、前記プラグは予め決められた破断面に亘って破断するように構成され、予め決められた前記破断面は側壁の外周の周りに延在し、
前記プラグ内で前記円筒状側壁の内面と共にこれらの間で延在する閉じた端部を備え、前記易壊プラグ側壁の内周の周りに延在する予め決められた破断線を提供するために、予め決められた前記破断面は前記凹部内の側壁と交差している、請求項1に記載の易壊プラグ。 - 溝が、予め決められた前記破断面に形成され、1つあるいは複数の前記形状記憶合金ワイヤが前記溝内に配置される、請求項5に記載の易壊プラグ。
- 前記溝は、第一の面取り部分に隣接する第一セクションに配置される、請求項6に記載の易壊プラグ。
- 前記凹部の直径は、前記凹部の開口端よりも前記凹部の閉塞端において小さく、
前記側壁の外面は第一の面取り部を有し、前記側壁の内面は第二の面取り部を有し、
前記外面の面取り部の最小の直径を有する部分は、前記内面の面取り部の最大直径を有する部分と同一平面内にある、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の易壊プラグ。 - バルブ機構であって、
入口ポートと出口ポート及びこれらの間に延在する流路を有するバルブ本体と、
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の易壊プラグと、を備え、無傷のときは前記プラグが前記流路をブロックするように前記バルブ本体内に保持され、易壊プラグが破断されたときは、流体が前記入口ポートから前記出口ポートへ流れるバルブ機構。 - 前記易壊プラグの第一端部は前記出口ポートと連通しており、前記易壊プラグの第二端部は前記入口ポートと連通している、請求項9に記載のバルブ機構。
