ダイヤフラムの表面に導かれる衝撃波の作用によって穿孔するように構成されたダイヤフラムと、
ダイヤフラムの表面に導かれる衝撃波を生じる燃焼生成物を燃焼して生成するように配置及び適応されたパイロテクニック火薬と、
パイロテクニック火薬をその中に入れ、かつパイロテクニック火薬の一面に位置付けられており、燃焼生成物をダイヤフラムの中央に合わせるまたは導くようにダイヤフラムの中央に方向付けられた中空の伸長チャネルを備えているデバイスと、を備えている。
伸長チャネルの全長は、幅、例えば、チャネルの最小幅の少なくとも1.5倍である。
火炎抑制剤を保持し、出口を有するチャンバと、
任意の前述の弁と、を備えている装置が提供される。弁は、チャンバの出口を密閉してそこからの火炎抑制剤の放出を制御する。
パイロテクニック火薬を活性化または発火して衝撃波をダイヤフラムの表面に導くことを含む。

Claims (13)
- ダイヤフラムの表面に導かれる衝撃波の作用によって穿孔するように構成された前記ダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムの前記表面に導かれる衝撃波を生じる燃焼生成物を燃焼して生成するように配置及び適応されたパイロテクニック火薬と、
前記パイロテクニック火薬をその中に入れ、そして前記パイロテクニック火薬の一面に位置付けられており、前記燃焼生成物を前記ダイヤフラムの中央に合わせるまたは導くように前記ダイヤフラムの中央に方向付けられた中空の伸長チャネルを備えているデバイスと、を備える、加圧容器からの火炎抑制剤の放出を制御するための弁であって、
前記伸長チャネルの全長がその最小幅の少なくとも1.5倍であり、
前記デバイスが、第1の内径を有するとともに前記パイロテクニック火薬を保持する下部と、前記伸長チャネルを備えた上部と、を備えており、前記伸長チャネルが、前記第1の内径よりも小さい第2の内径を有するとともに、前記パイロテクニック火薬の端部から前記ダイヤフラムに向かって延在する、弁。 - 前記ダイヤフラムが、前記ダイヤフラムの一部が外側に開いて前記パイロテクニック火薬に向かうように穿孔するよう構成された、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記火炎抑制剤がそこを通り移動する通路をさらに備えており、前記通路が弁入口から弁出口に延在し、前記ダイヤフラム、パイロテクニック火薬及びデバイスのすべてが、前記通路内に位置付けられた、請求項1または2に記載の弁。
- 前記パイロテクニック火薬が、可燃性物質を封入するキャップまたはカバーを備えており、前記キャップまたはカバーが、前記パイロテクニック火薬をその中に入れる前記デバイスと別個のものである、請求項1から3のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記デバイスが、前記パイロテクニック火薬の活性化においても無傷でいるように構成された、請求項1から4のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記デバイスが金属またはセラミックである、請求項1から5のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記燃焼生成物が主として気体からなる、請求項1から6のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記燃焼生成物が、前記パイロテクニック火薬の固体断片を含まない、請求項1から7のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムが、前記パイロテクニック火薬から距離をあけて位置付けられ、前記距離が、前記ダイヤフラムの一部がその穿孔によって少なくとも45度開くことができるのに十分な距離である、請求項1から8のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムが、前記ダイヤフラムの前記表面に導かれる衝撃波の作用によって裂けて開く前記ダイヤフラムの一部を画定する複数のスコア線を備える、請求項1から9のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記デバイスが、前記ダイヤフラムの方に位置付けられた面取り端部を有する中空管を備えており、前記面取り端部が、前記ダイヤフラムの前記一部が開いたときに前記ダイヤフラムが前記中空管に接触することを防止するように提供された、請求項10に記載の弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムが、前記ダイヤフラムの方に位置付けられた前記中空管の前記端部が面取りされていない場合に、前記ダイヤフラムの前記一部が前記中空管に接触するような前記中空管からの距離に位置付けられた、請求項11に記載の弁。
- その内部に火炎抑制剤を有し、出口を有するチャンバと、
請求項1から12のうちの何れか一項に記載の弁と、を備えており、前記弁が、前記チャンバの前記出口を密閉してそこからの火炎抑制剤の放出を制御する、装置。
