Description
また、上記目的を達成する本発明に係る高圧ガス貯蔵容器は、高圧ガスを収容するライナーと、前記ライナーの外周面に帯状の補強部材を巻き付けて形成した補強層と、を有する。前記補強部材は、樹脂が含浸され、かつ、少なくとも一部にプラズマが照射された強化繊維からなる。前記ライナーは、軸方向の中央に筒状に設けられる胴部と、前記胴部の前記軸方向の両側に設けられ前記軸方向の外方に向けて漸減するように湾曲する鏡部と、前記胴部の内周面および前記鏡部の内周面の境界に設けられる肩部と、を有する。少なくとも前記肩部の外周面に巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記プラズマが照射されてなる。前記補強層は、前記補強部材を前記胴部に対して円周方向に沿って巻き付けてなるフープ層と、前記補強部材を前記胴部および前記鏡部に対して螺旋状に巻き付けてなるヘリカル層と、を有する。前記ヘリカル層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記プラズマが照射される。前記フープ層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維に対して、前記プラズマが照射される量はゼロである。
本実施形態に係る高圧ガス貯蔵容器1は、概説すると、図1に示すように、水素ガス等の高圧ガスを収容するライナー10と、ライナー10の外周面10Aに帯状の補強部材20を巻き付けて形成した補強層30と、を有する。また、補強部材20は、図3、5に示すように、樹脂22が含浸され、かつ、プラズマPが照射された強化繊維21からなる。以下、本実施形態に係る高圧ガス貯蔵容器1の構成を詳述する。
次に、図5を参照して、本実施形態に係る高圧ガス貯蔵容器1の製造装置100を説明する。図5は、高圧ガス貯蔵容器1の製造装置100を示す図である。
次に、図6のフローチャートを参照して、本実施形態に係る高圧ガス貯蔵容器1の製造方法について説明する。なお、本実施形態に係る高圧ガス貯蔵容器1の製造方法は、フィラメントワインディング法によって行われる。

Claims (13)
- 高圧ガスを収容するライナーと、前記ライナーの外周面に帯状の補強部材を巻き付けて形成した補強層と、を有する高圧ガス貯蔵容器であって、
前記補強部材は、樹脂が含浸され、かつ、少なくとも一部にプラズマが照射された強化繊維からなり、
前記ライナーは、軸方向の中央に筒状に設けられる胴部と、前記胴部の前記軸方向の両側に設けられ前記軸方向の外方に向けて漸減するように湾曲する鏡部と、前記胴部の内周面および前記鏡部の内周面の境界に設けられる肩部と、を有し、
少なくとも前記肩部の外周面に巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記プラズマが照射され、
前記補強層は、前記補強部材を前記胴部に対して円周方向に沿って巻き付けてなるフープ層と、前記補強部材を前記胴部および前記鏡部に対して螺旋状に巻き付けてなるヘリカル層と、を有し、
前記ヘリカル層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記プラズマが照射され、
前記フープ層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記プラズマが照射されてなり、
前記フープ層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記ヘリカル層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維よりも、前記プラズマが照射される量が少なくなるように構成してなる高圧ガス貯蔵容器。 - 高圧ガスを収容するライナーと、前記ライナーの外周面に帯状の補強部材を巻き付けて形成した補強層と、を有する高圧ガス貯蔵容器であって、
前記補強部材は、樹脂が含浸され、かつ、少なくとも一部にプラズマが照射された強化繊維からなり、
前記ライナーは、軸方向の中央に筒状に設けられる胴部と、前記胴部の前記軸方向の両側に設けられ前記軸方向の外方に向けて漸減するように湾曲する鏡部と、前記胴部の内周面および前記鏡部の内周面の境界に設けられる肩部と、を有し、

前記フープ層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維に対して、前記プラズマが照射される量はゼロである高圧ガス貯蔵容器。 - 前記ヘリカル層は、前記補強部材を前記軸方向に対して第1傾斜角だけ傾斜した角度で巻き付けてなる第1ヘリカル層と、前記補強部材を前記軸方向に対して前記第1傾斜角よりも小さい第2傾斜角だけ傾斜した角度で巻き付けてなる第2ヘリカル層と、を有し、
前記第1ヘリカル層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記第2ヘリカル層において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維よりも、前記プラズマが照射される量が少なくなるように構成してなる、請求項1または2に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器。 - 前記第1ヘリカル層は、前記補強部材が前記軸方向に対して55度以上傾斜した角度で巻き付けてなり、
前記第2ヘリカル層は、前記補強部材が前記軸方向に対して55度未満傾斜した角度で巻き付けてなる、請求項3に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器。 - 高圧ガスを収容するとともに、軸方向の中央に筒状に設けられる胴部、前記胴部の前記軸方向の両側に設けられ前記軸方向の外方に向けて漸減するように湾曲する鏡部、および前記胴部の内周面および前記鏡部の内周面の境界に設けられる肩部を有するライナーと、前記ライナーの外周面に帯状の補強部材を巻き付けて形成した補強層と、を有する高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法であって、
強化繊維の少なくとも一部にプラズマを照射し、
前記強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させて前記補強部材を形成し、
前記補強部材を前記ライナーの少なくとも前記肩部の外周面に巻き付ける高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記補強部材を前記ライナーの前記外周面に巻き付ける際に、
前記プラズマが照射された前記強化繊維を備える前記補強部材を前記ライナーに対して、螺旋状に巻き付けるヘリカル巻き工程を有する請求項5に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記補強部材を前記ライナーの前記外周面に巻き付ける際に、
前記プラズマが照射された前記強化繊維を備える前記補強部材を前記ライナーのうち軸方向の中央に筒状に設けられる胴部に対して、円周方向に沿って巻き付けるフープ巻き工程をさらに有し、
前記フープ巻き工程において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記ヘリカル巻き工程において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維よりも、前記プラズマの照射量が少ない、請求項6に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記補強部材を前記ライナーのうち軸方向の中央に筒状に設けられる胴部に対して、円周方向に沿って巻き付けるフープ巻き工程をさらに有し、
前記フープ巻き工程において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維に対する前記プラズマの照射量はゼロである、請求項6に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記ヘリカル巻き工程は、
前記補強部材を軸方向に対して第1傾斜角だけ傾斜した角度で巻き付ける第1ヘリカル巻き工程と、
前記補強部材を前記軸方向に対して前記第1傾斜角よりも小さい第2傾斜角だけ傾斜した角度で巻き付ける第2ヘリカル巻き工程と、を有し、
前記第1ヘリカル巻き工程において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維は、前記第2ヘリカル巻き工程において巻き付けられる前記補強部材を構成する前記強化繊維よりも、前記プラズマの照射量が少ない、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記第1ヘリカル巻き工程において、前記補強部材を前記軸方向に対して55度以上傾斜した角度で巻き付け、
前記第2ヘリカル巻き工程において、前記補強部材を前記軸方向に対して55度未満傾斜した角度で巻き付ける請求項9に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記プラズマの照射量が相対的に少ない場合の前記強化繊維の搬送速度は、前記プラズマの照射量が相対的に多い場合の前記強化繊維の搬送速度よりも速い請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。
- 前記ヘリカル巻き工程における前記強化繊維の搬送速度の変化に応じて、
前記強化繊維に対する前記プラズマの照射量が一定となるように、前記プラズマの照射強度を調整する請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記強化繊維の表面に、前記表面に直交する直交方向に対して傾斜した方向から前記プラズマを照射する請求項5〜12のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器の製造方法。
