- 常温よりも100℃以上低い物質を保持する断熱容器であって、
容器内槽と、
容器外槽と、
前記容器内槽と前記容器外槽との間に設けられた断熱箱と、
前記断熱箱の内部に設けられた断熱層とを備え、
前記断熱層は、芯材と、前記芯材を真空封止する外被材とを有する、パネル状の真空断熱材、および、前記真空断熱材とは異なる材料から構成された断熱材を有し、
前記断熱材は、前記断熱箱の前記容器内槽側に配設され、
前記真空断熱材は、前記断熱箱の前記断熱材外側の前記容器外槽側に配設され、
前記真空断熱材は、ガラスクロスで構成された熱応力分散層を有し、前記断熱箱に固定された
断熱容器。

- 前記真空断熱材は、前記外被材の封止ヒレを有し、
前記封止ヒレは、前記断熱材側に折り込まれて構成された
請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱容器。
- 容器外槽と第1の断熱箱と第2の断熱箱とを備えた断熱構造体であって、
前記第1の断熱箱は、第1の箱枠体と、前記第1の箱枠体内に設けられた第1の断熱材と、前記第1の箱枠体の開口側を閉塞する第1の閉塞板とによってユニット化され、
前記第2の断熱箱は、第2の箱枠体と、前記第2の箱枠体内に設けられ、前記第2の断熱箱内を仕切る仕切体と、前記仕切体によって仕切られた区画の底面に敷設された真空断熱材と、前記真空断熱材の開口側に配された第2の断熱材と、前記第2の箱枠体の開口側を閉塞する第2の閉塞板とによってユニット化され、
前記第2の断熱箱は、前記第1の断熱箱よりも前記容器外槽側に配置され、
前記真空断熱材は、ガラスクロスで構成された熱応力分散層を有し、前記第2の閉塞板に固定された
断熱構造体。
