Claims (7)
- 常温よりも100℃以上低い温度の物質を保持する断熱容器であって、
容器筐体と、
前記容器筐体の外側に配置され、少なくとも前記容器筐体側に配設される一次断熱層と、前記一次断熱層よりも外部側に配設され、通気性のある芯材と、前記芯材を真空封止する外被材とを有する真空断熱材と、
前記真空断熱材と前記一次断熱層との間に配置され、ガラスクロスで構成された熱応力分散層と、
を備えた断熱容器。 - 前記真空断熱材は、前記外被材の、少なくとも前記一次断熱層と接する側の面に、前記熱応力分散層を一体にラミネートすることによって構成された
請求項1に記載の断熱容器。 - 前記真空断熱材は、前記外被材の上下両面に、前記熱応力分散層を一体にラミネートすることにより、前記外被材の最外層となる
請求項1または2に記載の断熱容器。 - 前記真空断熱材の前記芯材として、無機繊維が用いられた
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱容器。 - 前記真空断熱材は、防爆構造を有する構成とした
