Claims (2)
- 超電導コイルと、
前記超電導コイルを収容する真空容器と、
前記真空容器に対して着脱自在に取り付け可能な冷凍機と、
前記冷凍機に熱的に接触する冷凍機熱交換部及び前記超電導コイルに熱的に接触するコイル熱交換部を含み、前記冷凍機熱交換部及び前記コイル熱交換部の順に気相の作動媒体を流すための作動媒体流路と、
前記作動媒体流路のうち前記冷凍機熱交換部と前記コイル熱交換部との間の部位から前記真空容器外に前記気相の作動媒体を導出させるためのコイル回避流路と、を備え、
前記真空容器外に配置されており、前記作動媒体流路を通じて前記真空容器外に流出した気相の作動媒体を前記冷凍機熱交換部に送るポンプをさらに備え、
前記コイル回避流路の下流側の端部は、前記作動媒体流路のうち前記真空容器の外側でかつ前記ポンプの上流側の部位に接続されており、
前記コイル回避流路は、前記真空容器外において前記作動媒体を加熱する加熱部を有する、超電導マグネット装置。 - 超電導コイルと、
前記超電導コイルを収容する真空容器と、
前記真空容器に対して着脱自在に取り付け可能な冷凍機と、
前記冷凍機に熱的に接触する冷凍機熱交換部及び前記超電導コイルに熱的に接触するコイル熱交換部を含み、前記冷凍機熱交換部及び前記コイル熱交換部の順に気相の作動媒体を流すための作動媒体流路と、
前記作動媒体流路のうち前記冷凍機熱交換部と前記コイル熱交換部との間の部位から前記真空容器外に前記気相の作動媒体を導出させるためのコイル回避流路と、を備え、
前記冷凍機が駆動しておりかつ前記冷凍機熱交換部及び前記コイル熱交換部の順に前記気相の作動媒体が流れる定常運転において、前記冷凍機のメンテナンスが行われることを示す信号を受信したときに、前記冷凍機を停止させるとともに、前記定常運転から、前記冷凍機熱交換部及び前記コイル回避流路の順に前記気相の作動媒体が流れる冷凍機昇温運転に切り替える切替部をさらに備える、超電導マグネット装置。
