Description
図1は本発明の熱処理装置の一部を拡大して示した模式図である。
本発明者等は、本発明の熱処理装置(実施例)と従来の熱処理装置(比較例)を用いて、鋳造後のワークを各装置に収容し、熱処理した際に所定の温度に昇温するまでの熱処理時間を測定する実験をおこなった。図2は実験結果を示した図である。
Claims (1)
- ワークを収容する加熱炉と、
前記加熱炉に流体連通して熱風が流通する熱風管と、
前記熱風管における前記加熱炉への吹き出し口において、熱風を複数の分流に分ける複数のスリット流路と、を備え、
複数の前記スリット流路は、前記ワークの幅方向に延びるスリット状に設けられ、前記ワークの長さ方向に間隔をあけて配置され、
前記ワークの長さ方向の中央部に配置される前記スリット流路は、前記ワークの長さ方向の両端部に配置される前記スリット流路よりも広幅であり、下流端に当該スリット流路を流通する熱風を分流する分流竿が設けられ、
前記両端部に配置される前記スリット流路は、上流端の開口幅よりも下流端の開口幅が狭い先細状に設けられている熱処理装置。
