Claims (17)
- 処理室(5)を備えた少なくとも一つの筐体(4)を有し、その中に、高さを調節することが可能な製作台座を備えた製作空間又は交換容器(6)が配置され、その製作台座の上に、放射エネルギーを用いて硬化させるために配備する粉末状製作材料(3)を塗布することが可能である、放射エネルギーを加えて、粉末状製作材料(3)から三次元物品(2)を造型的に製造する、レーザー焼結及び/又はレーザー溶融装置において、

- 当該の交換容器(6)を複数の別の処理ステーション(7,8,9,10)に搬入することが可能であり、当該のメモリチップ(16)の情報により電子的に制御することが可能な複数の転轍機器が運搬路(12)に沿って配備されることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該のメモリチップ(16)に保存された処理手順が、熱処理工程、機械的な表面処理工程、光学的計測工程、表面照射処理工程、マーキング処理工程、冷却時間及び冷却環境と関連する手順であることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の別の処理ステーション(7〜10)が、それぞれ少なくとも一つの熱照射ステーション、マーキング処理ステーション、レーザー表面処理ステーション、計測ステーション、冷却ステーション及び搬出ステーションの中の一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 複数の造型的製造装置(1)が複数の運搬路(12)を介して複数の別の処理ステーション(7〜11)と互いに接続されており、その運搬路(12)には、分岐路が配備され、これらの分岐路の領域において、電子読取可能なメモリチップによって、運搬路(12)の異なる部分で交換容器(6)を制御することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該のメモリチップにより、交換容器の少なくとも一つのサーボモータ又は駆動モータを制御することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の駆動モータが、メモリチップに保存された情報に基づき、交換容器内に配置された製作台座の高さ調整を制御することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 当該のメモリチップに保存された情報により、交換容器の加熱機器を制御することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
