Description
・先ず、第1ケース30にチューブシート20、フィン8を積層して収容する。
・続いて、第1ケース30に第2ケース40を重合させて組み付ける。
・続いて、第1ケース30及び第2ケース40にわたって前後の枠体60を嵌合させて組み付ける。
・続いて、内側係合部65を折り曲げて、第2ケース40及び第1ケース30を枠部61との間に挟持する。
・パイプ3、4をパイププレート18を介して筒体5に組み付ける。

Claims (5)
- 流体が流通する流路構造であって、
流体が内周に流れる筒体と、
前記筒体に流体を導く流路部材を接続する枠体と、を備え、
前記枠体は、
前記筒体の外面に嵌合される環状の枠部と、
前記筒体の内面に係合して前記筒体の外面が前記枠部に当接した状態に保持する内側係合部と、を有し、
前記筒体は、互いに重合して筒状に組み立てられる第1ケース及び第2ケースを備え、
前記枠体は、前記枠部と前記内側係合部との間に前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースが互いに重合する部位を挟持することを特徴とする流路構造。 - 請求項1に記載の流路構造であって、
前記筒体は、前記外面が湾曲する角部を有し、
前記内側係合部は、前記筒体の前記角部に連設する部位に係合することを特徴とする流路構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の流路構造であって、
前記筒体には、流体が流通するチューブが設けられ、
前記チューブの内外を流通する流体どうしが熱交換することを特徴とする流路構造。 - 請求項3に記載の流路構造であって、
前記チューブは、複数積層され、
前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースは、前記チューブを積層方向に挟持して接合され、
前記枠体は、前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースにわたって嵌合することを特徴とする流路構造。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の流路構造であって、
エンジンに吸入される吸気が前記筒体を介して前記チューブの外部を流通し、吸気を冷却する冷却液が前記チューブの内部を流通することを特徴とする流路構造。
